Unfortunately, they were proven right in no time. The older characters were the power of the new generation almost no time, which was a shocking decision. Kishimoto could even have taken a different approach by creating a record-of-life series that would focus on Naruto's daily life as a hokage of the hidden leaf. He could also have shown Naruto's interactions with his family. In addition, Kishimoto could have added a temporary struggle for Action -Ficionados.

There is not much that fans can do about the current situation, but they can still hope that Naruto will be removed from the side line, and he will join the battle again. Boruto is the protagonist in the sequel, but it no one denies that Naruto's return would revive many fans' interest.
