Kaguya Otsutsuki was known as the progenitor of Chakra on Earth. Being the jinchuriki of the ten tails, her chakra reserves were immense. Kaguya's chakra allowed her to use techniques such as Amenominaka and Expansive Truth-Seeking Ball. The latter was so strong it could destroy the world, while Amenominaka allowed her to change dimensions.
Kaguya was also able to use All Killing Ash Bones, a technique so potent that it could kill upon contact with the body. She was also immune to most ninjutsu, making it even more difficult to fight her. Given her strengths, there is no way Sasuke could have defeated her.

But fans got a glimpse of what he was capable of in Boruto when he took on both Naruto and Sasuke.
