After completing the Unreachable Village quest, you can now enter the village and reach the location of the mushroom cave. There is one wooden pole with plants hanging on it which you can see from far away, making it easier for you to find the mouth of the cave.

Crouch down and slowly enter the cave until you see one large mushroom that starts to glow red. Take out the bow and shoot the mushroom to get rid of it. There are several mushrooms in the cave, like this one that you have to shoot with your bow to make the cave interior safe for exploration.

At the end of the cave you will find the mysterious pine mushrooms scattered. You can pick up several of these mushrooms, but you only need one to complete the Young Monk's Request in Crimson Desert.
