MTG reveals even more Spider-Man universal in addition to cards at SDCC

Magic: The Gathering's upcoming Spider-Man University in addition to crossover is rapid nutrition, and the magicians on the coast begin to reveal the set to us bit by bit. Earlier this week we saw the first disclosure of six cards that came in September, and under a panel on San Diego Comic-Con earlier today we only got to see a bunch more.

MTG reveals even more Spider-Man universal in addition to cards at SDCC

We start with our spider heroes first. Quite a lot of these cards are double -sided, with the characters that turn into their alter ego on the back. For example, we get several versions of Gwen Stacy and Ghost Spider, Peter Parker and Amazing-Spiderman and Miles Morales and Ultimate Spider-Man. Interestingly, there are only three Gwen Stacy cards, while Peter and Miles get four each. Forshame Wizards.

We also looked at some villains that will be included in the set, including classic ones such as Doctor Octopus and Green Goblin, although there is surprising inclusion by Colonel John Jameson, Alias Man-Wolf. We also get some cards showing the less heroic sides of Spider-Man, including anti-vest and symbiote spider-man.

Then the characters from The Into Spider-verses series received a lot of love during SDCC. We saw some of them earlier this week, although we looked at different versions under the panel, including a Spider-Ham that doesn't look like a nightmare creature that has broken out of my dreams.

We will also see the addition of Spider punk, as well as a few different multipreesian flavored cards that will be included. If you combine the boundless art for all multi -friendly cards, including stage cards for such as Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy, you think it turns into a cool little action scene.

Finally, we got some more various cards that still look pretty cool, including a depiction of spectacular Spider-Man, Spider-Man in the strong costume and a very nice panel version of the origin of Spider-Man, which was shown earlier this week. We also got to see what the basic countries of the set will look like, which are just backgrounds in New York with a Spiderweb pattern on the front that denotes which country it is.

That's all that magic: The collection had to show at this year's SDCC, but we can almost guarantee that more surprises of the Spider-Man theme are around the corner. Personally, I hope we see some more villains that appear in the near future, and more spider version is good in my book. There is plenty of time for magicians to show things, with Spider-Man Crossover released on September 26 later this year.
