A bit have several large power systems, but Devil fruit Will always be held with special consideration, which puts it over Haki. Eiichiro ODA's concept allows him to integrate virtually all types of abilities he can think of, with the main limitation is that every devil fruit is unique and singular. Unless the user dies (or black beard becomes greedy), a DF must be directly bound to a single sign and cannot be distributed anywhere else. Consequently, there have been times when a DF with great potential was largely wasted, either because he is owned by an idiot or because it was not used so much of the story.
For the most part, A bit Utilizes each power fully, so there are very few cases when you really feel underutilized. However, I think there are some devil fruits that could have achieved greatness, but they had to settle for mediocrity, irrelevant or just one use.

Nico Robins Hana Hana No Mi
As Robin's importance diminished, made her amazing devil fruit
- Devil Fruit's English name: Flowers
- What does Robin's devil fruit do? Hana Hana No Mi allows Robin to duplicate her body parts and run them from other surfaces, including humans. She usually uses it to create extra arms or legs.
Let's get started with probably the most controversial choice. Just to be clear is Nico Robin one of my favorite A bit Characters and her presence are always welcome in almost all scenarios. But after the water 7, Robin developed a habit of sliding in the background, with her contribution that usually does not amount to that much. For about a decade of manga's driving, Robin was hardly given any attention in addition to just acting as a tertiary support character, and she pretty much never got great fights showing her devil fruit overwhelming power.

A bite: 7 things Robin can do that Nami cannot
Although they are both integrated into the straw hat pirates in one piece, there are some areas where Nico Robin is better than Nami.
To be fair, things have improved during the latest arches, and Robin has a couple of fantastic moments in the Wano country and the last story. Even then, her most impressive devil fruit development came in recent years, Demonio Fleur, nowhere and was not very well explained. She only created a monster with the limbs, which was a certain cool sight. When she is allowed to use her DF in a creative way, whether it activates Hangasa or Gigantesco Mano, Robin shows that she should be an absolute power plant that stands with Sanji and Zoro, if not necessarily Luffy. But she rarely gets to do it.

Buggy's just just no mi
The curse of a comedy character
- Devil Fruit's English name: Chop fruit
- What does Robin's devil fruit do? Along with dividing their body into different parts, buggy can also get them to levite/fly.
Ah, buggy, the most incompetent A bit character that continues to succeed by mistake. Buggy, which buffers to become one of the four emperors, is the definition of a comedy figure that is just not meant to be taken so seriously. It is not to say that he does not contribute to history, because he is technically one of the more important characters, but he can never really become a legitimate force. He is just not intended for it.
Because of Buggy's role and personality, there is a low roof on just just No MI's potential, which is a shame, as it can be one of the most versatile and powerful devil if it was in the hands of someone who was willing to put in the work to master it. Seriously, he is incredible for some types of physical attacks, so he is essentially invincible against things like swords. He can divide his body and control his parts at a distance and give him the opportunity to be one of the most capable spies in this universe. Buggy can even basically fly, and he is also quite strong.
The fact that buggy is a comedy character is not the question, as it is absolutely fine and fits A bit; But he also has some imagination or creativity, so he tends to just do the same things with his devil fruit. Still, maybe, Buggy will one day become a god. He is somehow on that track.

Kurozumi Orochi's Hebi Hebi No Mi, Model: Yamata No Orochi
A legendary devil fruit wasted on a horrible, horrible person
- Devil Fruit's English name: Orm-Morm Fruit, Model: Yamata-No-Orochi
- What does Robin's devil fruit do? Turn into a more at all dragon.
A bit Has no shortage of fantastic villains using experts of their devil fruit. Orochi is not one of them. Wano Country's Shogun is a challenger for the most disgusting character in the series, and it goes beyond just his tyranny and bloody history with Kouzukis. He is just kind of designed to be annoying and an excellent example of someone who mostly came to his position by piggybacking on other people, even though he showed some tactical knowledge during his younger days. He is disgusting, lazy, greedy and self -centered; He also has an incredible devil fruit that lets him turn into a legendary dragon (or snake). He can even create up to eight heads, each of which shows a certain degree of individuality.

One bit: 5 scariest devil fruit forces
Of all the devil fruit forces that have been shown in single anime so far, these are by far the most scary.
In even average hands, Hebi Hebi No Mi would be one of the most dangerous devil in A bit. However, Orochi falls well with the low standard, and he does nothing impressive with this god -like ability. Sure, he transforms a few times to scare some people, but that is largely the extent of his demonstrations.

Fox silver fox's noro noro no mi
Time manipulation in the hands of a barely relevant character
- Devil Fruit's English name: Slow fruit
- What does Robin's devil fruit do? Slide beams that brake a target for 30 seconds
Foxy is basically buggy but without any real history. Although some of his performances are canon, his bows tend to feel like fillers that are most designed to give a light ease between heavier fairy tales. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, and his crew discoveries are entertaining. However, Foxy cannot be anything more than a minor inconvenience to the straw hats, and he feels less significant with every new appearance.
Foxy uses Noro Noro No Mi good enough for a D-List villain who mostly wants to care about Luffy for a section or two. He causes some light horror (and laughs) and shows some creative use. But given that he can slow someone for 30 seconds and leave them completely vulnerable to attacks, he should be able to win almost all meetings easily, especially if he catches them unaware. In the end, Foxy is a road-one user who has a devil fruit that can be incredible if used more ambitiously.

Shus sabi sabi no mi
Zoro's biggest rival … that pops up in less than 5 minutes
- Devil Fruit's English name: Rust-Rostfruit
- What does Robin's devil fruit do? Causing all the metal that SHU touches to immediately rust
Shu is not even a character. He is just a plot device. During the Enies lobby he has a meeting with a panel with Zoro, and his reason for existing is to destroy the latter Yubashiri value. When that happens, Shu disappears immediately in manganese, but he gets a longer struggle in anime. Now it is not uncommon for the adaptation to extend a fight or add a little more action to a scenario, but Anime usually avoids expanding on the ability of the devil fruit.
Family
A bit: Each time Zoro gets lost in anime
Zoro to get lost is also one of One Piece's longest gags. Here is every time the unfortunate pirate dropped the road.
However, SHU is a fairly remarkable exception. The anime version can also rust people by just touching them, which he demonstrates on Zoro. This change transforms SHU from a situational navy that is only useful against pirates with swords, into a wandering gloomy reaper that can realistically kill most people with a long touch. Like, this OP version of the rust-rost fruit would be perfect for a murderer.

Alvidas Sube Sube No Mi
A brilliant defensive devil fruit reduced to a weight loss shortcut
- Devil Fruit's English name: Slip fruit (or smooth smooth fruit)
- What does Robin's devil fruit do? Makes the body smooth and immune to most injuries
Alvida has been effective Buggy's sidekick for most A bitThe pipe, and she has made surprisingly little. More often than not, she comes over as a face in the crowd that can get a quote or two every 100 sections or so. Alvida was introduced as an early solo villain and was originally presented as a hulking power plant without devil fruit. Later, however, she eats Sube Sube No Mi, which makes her skin slippery and removes all fat from her body. The latter is talked about as a side effect, but it is the only remarkable thing Alvida does with his devil fruit.
The thing is that Sube Sube No Mi is fantastic, if not directly powerful. The devil fruit makes her immune to physical attacks, because they only slip off her skin without leaving a mark. She can even use it to slip around and move at a rapid pace (as a certain My hero Academy vigilante). As if this ability is extraordinary and can be very useful in the right hands. Honestly, someone like Nami would probably love to have this devil fruit. Unfortunately, it is only completely wasted on Alvida.
