Summary
-
Armor Haki weakened Logia Devil Fruits, decreased once established levels of power.
-
Mane Mane No Mi is limited by transferable combat abilities and is overshadowed by newer forces.
-
Fish men devil fruit users sacrifice their swimming ability and lose the benefit in their natural habitat.
Devil fruits continue to be a remarkable aspect of A bit. These fruits give those who consume them in exchange for their ability to swim. While they have been muscled by Haki as the primary power indicator, it is true that many devil fruits still indicate a increase in force.

12 Sadest a piece of character death, ranked
These deaths in one piece were the most tragic in the franchise.
But not all devil fruits are created equally. Due to some narrative conventions, some devil fruits that were previously introduced are not as valuable as once perceived. It is worth mentioning that these devil fruits are not necessarily terrible or even bad. It's just that their quality is lower than expected.
1
Suna Suna No Mi
Weakened by armament Haki and excess of liquid exposure
-
User: Crocodile (formerly Mr. 0)
-
Classification: Logia
Pretty much every lodge Devil Fruit was nerfed by the introduction of armament Haki, a force that could physically counteract all lodge elements, no matter how concrete it was. This was probably a necessary inclusion as the series continued, because some characters were overpowered with fairly niche and limited weaknesses. Despite this fact, it has meant that lodge users with predetermined weaknesses seem much less powerful than they were suggested to be before the introduction.
The most remarkable example is crocodile, which once considered himself “invincible” as long as he struggles in a desert. Although he defeated Luffy twice because he counteracted Pirate's limited fluid resources, Luffy took him when they collided with a less extractable reservoir: his own blood, when he punched crocodile with open wounds. Although the crocodile poisoned its bloodstream, Luffy managed to push through and finally end his reign in Alabasta. Yet the presence of many Failsafe Devil Fruit counters, such as the previously established Seastone (largely used by the Marines soldiers), and Armor Haki, which anyone can learn if they exercise sufficient time suspect. Still, when combined with the only weakness of the excess fluid (which is moderately inconsistent due to the liquid extraction of the crocodile), he is also a much less threatening enemy once again established.

MANE MANE NO MI
No transferable combat abilities and better forces exist
-
User: Bentham (formerly Mr. 2 Bon Clay), Kurozumi Higurashi (previously)
-
Classification: Paramecia
This devil fruit allows the user to imitate others as they touch. However, this will only copy physique, with other factors such as clothing, equipment and virtually everything that is not the body itself that is not imitated. Its well -known users are skilled actors who can mimic others for unpleasant purposes, such as abandoning a political figure to exploit their power. But for Bentham, this disadvantage with all other characters he mimicked that he could not use his martial arts, because it lacked the flexibility of his body.

A bit: 5 pirates that are previously gangsters
Surprisingly, many pirates were previously involved in other forms of organized crime in one piece.
At least some, if not all, of the previous restrictions introduced to this ability go out through the window for Inu Inu No Mi, Model: Kybui No Kitsune. This devil fruit allows much more accurate duplication of individuals, including their clothes. Because he is a fairly new devil fruit, with his user Catarina Devon by the BlackBeard pirates who have so far innocent, the exact weaknesses and limitations are unknown from now on. That said, at present, it seems to be an exclusively superior equivalent of Mane's No MI, retroactively limit the rareness in force and seems inferior than the newer devil fruit.
3
More No Mi
Not so hot anymore
-
User: Sabo, Portgas D. ACE (previously)
-
Classification: Logia
More no more is still an incredibly potent devil fruit, so control over something as disastrous as fire is not something to be taken easily. That being said, with the introduction of other “hot” new devil fruits, it turns out to be weaker than other forces with similar abilities. Magu Magu No Mi is the most remarkable example, with its user, Akainu, after expanding Magma that neutralized more no more No MI's Flame Powers, resulting in death by its former users, ACE.
Another example, albeit that has not yet seen directly in violation of other hot devil fruits, is Netsu Netsu No Mi, eaten by Charlotte Oven from Big Mom Pirates. It shows an ability to directly manipulate heat and body temperature, even allow the user to touch the seawater without consistency, as long as they are not submerged in it. That said, its own difficulties in attacking enemies with heat resistance have been noted, maybe make the result towards more no Mi or Magu Magu No Mi somewhat more difficult to project.
4
Zou zou no mi
A cowardly devilish power
-
User: Funkfreed (Spandam's Sword)
-
Classification: Zoan
Zoan Devil Fruits allows its users to become animal -like, but they are often said to have their own senses. This can manifest itself during certain awakening, where users are affected or in some cases overpowered by the devil they have eaten. This is also seen under the fairly new innovation of Zoan's objects, where animals appear in non-living creatures that “eat” zoans.

A bit: 5 characters that have achieved their dream
Dreams are a core of a piece. Here are some characters who have achieved theirs.
An example is funkfreed, Spandams now sensitive swords which are his only protective agents. Spandam is a coward and a weak that is both one of the most disgusting characters in the series and perhaps it is very weakest, at least in the case of those who participate in battle. But his sword, which looks quite large and scary, can turn into a powerful elephant in the hope of attacking enemies himself. The only problem is that this elephant is also a total pushover, which is physically limited when it is not too afraid to confront the danger itself. Although a stronger user might be able to overpower this instinctive cowardice and turn into something more, this sword makes the power of an elephant seems much less fantastic than it would normally be. When one considers that the obvious personality of the devil fruit itself is the one who controls the sword, it makes it somewhat overestimated.

Every devil fruit eaten by a fish man
Interrupts its greatest strength
-
User: Vander Deck IX, Jack and Sasaki
-
Classification: Paramecia (Decken) and Ancient Zoan (Jack and Sasaki)
Fishmen are a current species all the time A bit. Confirmed to have a common ancestor with people, they are still avoided by them because of their fish -like physiology, which allows them to breathe underwater. Fish men are already physically stronger than people on land, but the gap deepens underwater, where fishmen get power and humans just weakened.
Despite the ability to swim as a much more significant aspect for fishmen than humans, some sacrificed their in favor of a devil fruit. Deck's Mato Mato No Mi, which he appropriately identifies as a curse, allows him to mark people and objects with a physical touch and then let everything he touches with the same hand to lock on the object concerned. He demands bats in order to even move underwater.
More puzzling is Zou Zou No Mi, Model: Mammoth and Ryu Ryu No Mi, Model: Ticeratops, Eaten by Jack and Sasaki of the Beasts Pirates. These forces allow their users to turn into a mammoth and triceratops, as implied, but this comes to the expense of being able to travel through its strongest terrain. This apparently is a result of Kaido's mandate to have an all-zoan pirate crew. Nevertheless, Jack and Sasaki were robbed by his strongest terrain and was consequently beaten on land by fighters who do not even consume devil fruits in the first place, which proved how overestimated this fruit actually is.
