Morrowind's Dagoth Ur is now a Skyrim follower, but there is something with him

Shaking, for Dagoth you have returned. The talented Derkernel has created a new full voice (by AI) Dagoth from Companion Mod for The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim.
