While the news was met with excitement, something more caught the player's eye — twerking Gypceros, which has now been officially recognized by the Monster Hunter team.
After the beta announcement trailer, threads started popping up on the Monster Hunter subreddit, with players enamored with Gypcero's “flash and twerk” maneuver.
In the video, the hunter can be seen approaching Gypceros, who then blinks, sending him to the floor. After the flash, the monster shakes its back and then slams its tail down on the unsuspecting victim.
It is this move that attracted praise from the game's community.
