Talented Minecraft player Wok_Creative on Reddit shared his amazing recreation of Hawkins National Laboratory as seen in Stranger Things. While the photos of the build only show the exterior, Wok_Creative claims it can be explored, so it would be interesting to see the interior as well. The Minecraft The build itself is fantastic and looks exactly like the location it appears in the now ended Netflix series, and Wok_Creative has even used some prop blocks to represent Mike, Will, Lucas and Dustin exploring. According to the creator, this recreation of Hawkins National Laboratory is only available to explore on the World of Keralis server.
Fans in the thread were extremely impressed with Wok_Creative's efforts, with one user describing it as a “great way to remember the show.” But others had an idea that could drive this Minecraft Stranger Things build to another level. Some suggested completely duplicating the design to make an upside-down version, while others felt that a version made in the Netherlands would suffice. Regardless, it's a cool idea and arguably the only way to make this recreation of Hawkins National Laboratory even more screen-accurate.
While Stranger Things may have reached its conclusion, that doesn't mean the show's legacy is gone. After the end of the series, a Minecraft Stranger Things DLC was released for the Bedrock Edition, allowing players to use skins based on the TV show and explore more locations around Hawkins.
