Lego Fortnite Brick Life: How to get and use a vehicle
Here's how to use vehicles in Lego Fortnite Brick Life, as well as how to unlock new ones.
Playing into the world of Lego Fortnite Brick Life for the first time can be a bit overwhelming; there's a city full of different things to do, from exploring the suburbs to discovering happiness at home. You'll be on your feet in no time, especially with these tips to get you started.
Where to find money
There is money lying everywhere around the city. Some of this is quite visible, simply lying on the ground, while other times the money is hidden relatively well.
Sometimes, you have to parkour over some buildings to grab the moneywhich rewards you somewhere in between 10-100 dollars. This may not seem like much, but with so much lying around, it will add up.
These piles of money resumes every few minutes in exactly the same places. If you want, you can travel a path through the city and collect money all the time.
This is usually not as lucrative as working a job, but it can be nice to do between tasks if you need money fast.
Do the trendy jobs
If you want earn money fast, do both trend jobs every day in the game. These jobs will be active at 9 a.m. and lasts until 5 p.m every day in the city, and it is quite possible to do both very quickly.
These jobs take about a couple of minutes each, leaving you the rest of the day to do whatever you want. But, they reward 4 times the money as regular jobs do, at 2,000 per assignment.
Between both trend jobs and daily scholarship awarded by the game you for visiting the ATM, that is $5,000 a daywithout doing anything else.
Feed people, don't place food
Some jobs, like Sushi chef and that Fast food jobhas information that tells you to either display food for a customer to grab or give the food directly to a customer.
Its always better to leave the food to a customer because the customer will give you one ten dollar tip for doing so. It's small, but it's 510 instead of 500 for the task (or 2010 if it was a trending job), and it adds up over time.
Take a break to finish your job
Taking a break from whatever job you've chosen, it's not really taking a break; that essentially finish the job until further notice. You won't get any texts from your boss about coming in for a task, and you will free to pick up any other job you want.
You can too return to that job at any time; they bear no ill will towards you for taking some time away. This is one great way to check out multiple jobs to find something you like to do.
Do tasks for citizens
Talking to citizens around town will sometimes end up with them asks you to do a task. Although not explicitly clear, these tasks work just like a jobexcept that you are not employed by the citizen afterwards.
But the task they want you to do appears at the top right of the screen in the same way, and they give you the same amount of money after doing so: 500 dollars. This is less consistent income than a job, but it adds some variety to making money.
Do not log out to change skin
To change Lego shells you have equipped does not require logout; instead, go to a phone booth. There are several phone booths throughout the city, however not every phone booth does what you're looking for.
More precisely, you will need find a blue phone booth. When you go towards it, it will have the opportunity to Change outfit instead of just Hide. From here you can change things like your skin, emotes, instruments and more.
This is especially nice, considering logging out of the session will remove your plot. You don't have to worry about finding a suitable place for your house again because you don't have to log out.
Save early for decorations
Buying decorations can seem cheap when you see that many of them cost less than $200 total. But buy that decoration does not work like buying a blueprintso you can put it down as many times as you like.
You will come must buy one of each decoration you intend to use. It settles very quickly, even if you often use the same decoration. Not all decorations cost 180, but many do; uses 180 as an average to reach a maximum of 150 decorations possible in a house, should you need 27,000 dollars.
Manage multiple houses
You can have as many houses as you want in Brick Life, though you can only have one house placed at a time. You can change them whenever you want by going to your mailbox, claiming a lot and then reclaiming it with your new house, but any decorations you had placed in your previous house will be unavailable in your new one.
Although you would technically only have the decoration placed once, since you only have one house placed at a time, you have to remove the decoration from the old house to place it in the new one. You can do this by select Remove All Decorations when you claim a lot, or you can do so individually from the Edit menu when you are inside your house.
Fortunately, you can place your house on an empty plot you want, and it will save your decoration places in the houseso you don't have to put them down again every time you move.
