KPop Demon Hunter's first ever Loungefly backpacks are here

The quest for product makers to catch up with the unexpected popularity of KPop Demon Hunters continues as Huntrix has finally arrived at Loungefly. A new series featuring the most famous animated characters on the planet right now has been revealed, and yes, of course, Derpy is at the center of it.

Mira, Zoey and Rumi have landed on Loungefly, and everything in the first ever KPop Demon Hunters is available for pre-order now. Loungefly is best known for its unique backpack designs, and the two headliners in its KPop range are mini backpacks featuring Huntrix and Derpy.

Huntrix and Derpy are backpacks now

The Huntrix backpack ($90) showcases all three members of the demon-hunting K-pop group. Rumi is at the top, Zoey at the base and Mira between them. The backpack is mostly black with purple details, including purple zippers between each of the band members. It is equipped with a photo card case and a matching card holder.

As good and no doubt popular as the Huntrix backpack will be, it's the Derpy design ($90) that screams Loungefly. Loungefly's very best backpacks involve the brand's creative designers taking a beloved character and turning it into a backpack. They've done it countless times with characters from Disney movies and beyond, and now they've done it with KPop's Derpy.

It turns out that a dark fan theory about the fate of Rumi's mother in KPop Demon Hunters is Canon

We may have to wait for the sequel to discover the whole truth.

That's right, in typical Loungefly fashion, the entire bag is Derpy. The bright blue backpack has a charm modeled after Sussie, the demonic bird that follows the world's new favorite, and yes, if you turn off the lights, those big orange eyes glow in the dark.

Don't worry, there's some Saja Boys love in this collection

Although they haven't been deemed popular enough to have their own full-sized Loungefly backpack, the Saja Boys haven't been forgotten. The Huntrix's demon rivals have just been relegated to the selection of backpack charms available for purchase separately ($20). Well, not everyone, just Juni and Abby, especially Abby's belly.

Seriously, there is a charm that is just Abby's stomach in the form of a small backpack.

Loungefly's collection of KPop backpack charms also includes designs based on Huntrix's outfits for their final performance – one for each member of the band – a backpack for Jinu and a miniature version of the larger Derpy design. The only caveat is that the backpack charms can only be obtained through a mystery box, so there's no telling which one you have until you open it.

Loungefly's collection is the latest example of Netflix teaming up with brands to capitalize on KPop Demon Hunter's massive popularity. Suffice it to say, no one expected it to easily become the most-watched movie in Netflix history, hence its first Funko Pop and Barbie-like doll reveal months after the film's release.
