Kishimoto officially gives Sasuke Uchiha a new sword upgrade

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex has been absolutely sensational at the moment, and it looks like the series will continue incredibly strong in the coming months as well, with battles being set up, and more importantly, new powers being revealed as well. For now, the blade, now transformed into a katana, will be welded by Boruto Uzumaki, but eventually it will pass to Sasuke, and fans will see a whole new version of him.

As many Boruto fans know, Sasuke Uchiha has currently been incapacitated in the Boruto series. This happened around the timeskip, where Code attacked Sasuke and Boruto, and the former sacrificed his life to save his student. Sasuke managed to fight back against Code and save Boruto, but in the process he became a tree, which meant his chakra was feasted by Claw Grimes and Shinju Hidari was born.

At the same time, Sasuke Uchiha's sword was officially taken over by Boruto Uzumaki. Since then, Boruto Uzumaki has used the blade and fans know that he will eventually return it to him, as it is Sasuke's primary weapon. But Boruto will return a stronger blade than he received.
