First Berserker: Khazan Hotfix update released

A new update is now live for the first Berserker: Khazan on all platforms, with it some useful corrections and much needed adjustments.

The South Korean developer will follow up on the edition with another update, which is scheduled to debut on Thursday, May 15. The first berserker: Khazan Creative Director Junho Lee recently gave an overview of the upcoming patch, which confirms that it will not introduce one without two separate boss -rush modes – Great General's Crucible and Berserker's bloodshed. Accessing any of them will demand to beat the main game at least once, with these upcoming additions thus foreseen as expanding The first berserker: KhazanS playoffs.

Great General's Crucible promises a very curated experience through several thematically organized groups of managers. This Boss Rush mode must be cleared with fixed, predetermined specifications – for example, level, skills and tools. Although not every struggle will have a single optimal strategy, The first berserker: Khazan Players are still expected to adapt to the Neople's scenarios designed to test their flexibility and overall understanding of the game's system. Great General's Crucible will offer a “special reward” for anyone who manages to beat it, Lee said, albeit without elaborating what this incentive can be.

The first Berserker: Khazan's Boss Rush modes are intended to be “hardcore difficulties” options

On the other hand, Berserker's bloodshed will contain a series of progressive Boss fights with cumulative rewards that strengthen Khazan after each victory. This Boss Rush mode will offer sets and “powerful new weapons” as an incentive for completion. Lee noted that Neople is particularly interested in player reactions at the level of difficulty for both Berserker's bloodshed and the General's degrees. The creative director therefore encouraged fans to send “lots of feedback” after trying the new positions. Lee said that both modes were imagined as an alternative to having a “hardcore difficulty” in the game.

The new update for The first berserker: Khazan will also make the function for change appearance more accessible. Players will now be able to use it from the very first Playthrough as soon as they complete the blacksmith's inheritance assignment. The May 15 Release date is tentative and can be delayed for a few days, depending on the result of Neoples QA testing and platform certification. The South Korean developer has also shared an overview of the update that comes after, which is currently aimed at an edition in mid -June 2025.
