Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Part 1 is drawing to a close with each passing episode, and now the Culling Game has truly begun. So far, the anime has done a spectacular job of elevating the source material to a whole new level and delivering high-quality content with excellent fights. But everything fans have seen so far could be blown out of the water in the finale of JJK Season 3 Part 1 coming soon.
The titles and content of the upcoming episodes have now been confirmed, and it is now clear that the season will end on one of the most anticipated moments of JJK history. Additionally, the staff behind the finale will elevate the episode into a phenomenal experience, and based on everything that has been revealed, this episode may very well end up being the anime episode of the year.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 gets a disappointing update for Part 2
JJK season 3 got a massive update which may lead to a massive downgrade in the quality of part 2.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Episode 12 will adapt Sendai Colony Battle
Yuta Okkotsu's Time To Shine in Jujutsu Kaisen is coming
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 is moving at a fast pace, and with Culling Game now delivering the bigger battles, one of the most anticipated is finally on the horizon. It has now been officially confirmed that the Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Part 1 Finale will adapt the Sendai Colony battle from the manga, which is one of the most anticipated parts of the entire Culling Game.
Battle of Sendai Colony will put a lot of focus on the modern prodigy Yuta Okkotsu, pitting him against the strongest ancient wizards in the arc at the moment, namely Takako Uro and Ryu Ishigori. Both are monsters in their own right, and Yuta will get to test his own skill against them to the fullest. Considering that Yuta Okkotsu is the strongest in the Jujutsu Kaisen in the absence of Gojo and Sukuna, this battle will be the biggest in JJK Season 3. With the standard set by Perfect Preparation already, it goes without saying that this will be the highlight of the entire series, especially considering that it is the last episode and the team will want to finish with a bang. If JJK's Perfect Preparation arc, which focused a lot on Maki, was amazing, this episode will blow everything out of the water and make for an even more amazing experience.

Shota Ghosozono wants to finish the season strong
JJK's legendary director will want to leave a big legacy
Of course, the staff working on JJK Season 3 will be largely responsible for the incredible action fans will be treated to soon enough. So far, Shota Ghosozono, the director of JJK season 3have done an absolutely brilliant job. He has storyboarded all the episodes, and the vast majority of the episodes have been directed by him as well. It must also be noted that Ghosozono is rumored to be leaving Studio MAPPA shortly after the conclusion of JJK Season 3 Part 1.
The episode's runtime is rumored to be longer than usual
Although it's just a rumor so far, it's also been said that the JJK Season 3 finale will have a longer run time than usual. This doesn't come as a surprise, given that Perfect Preparation, which focused on Maki's annihilation of the Zenin clan, had a longer runtime as well. If the Sendai Colony battle also has a longer gameplay, then that would be absolutely perfect, as the battle takes Jujutsu Sorcery to a whole new level and will prove to be a visual spectacle for all fans to enjoy.
Expectations are sky high for the JJK season 3 finale
Overall, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 has been one of the strongest anime of the year so far. In fact, it wouldn't be a stretch to call it the best animated product of 2026 at the moment. The upcoming episodes will push it to the next level, especially the Sendai Colony battle, which will be the season finale.
Expectations are even higher among fans as it adapts one of the most exciting parts of the manga. Hopefully, Goshozono and his team can deliver the perfect product, because as it stands, JJK Season 3 has a chance to etch itself into history as one of the greatest anime seasons of all time.
