Jujutsu Kaisen: Maki's end, explained

Jujutsu Kaisen Recently ended with Chapter 271 in manganese, and it was really heartbreaking for the fans in many ways. The world of JJK Definitely had tremendous potential and it was really a series that could have continued longer than it did. Fans had loved the world and its characters quite a lot, but unfortunately, when the story ended, they had to share roads.

One of the most loved characters in JJKAs thankfully, survive and got a happy kind of ending was Maki. Fans know that Maki had a pretty hard life in front of him and that her story was a filled with pain and grief, but in the end she captured all the obstacles in her path and became a terrible magician who few can compete. Maki's growth was phenomenal to look at, and although fans definitely wanted more from the end of her character, it was something satisfactory, to say the least.

Maki was quite easy one of the strongest characters in JJKAnd in her last bow she was undoubtedly one of the most powerful. That said, she was not always phenomenal when it comes to battle. Maki began her journey as a rather weak character, and this was simply down to the fact that she had some damned energy. Maki could not even see curses and it was criticized to the curse of being twins. With Maki, her sister, Mai. While Maki had great physical ability and a little damned energy, her sister was the opposite. She had really damned energy, but she was quite average in battle.

Maki was of course thrown aside by many and was treated very differently in the Zenin family. Even when she began to become a magician, Maki thought it was quite difficult to move on in the rankings due to the influence of her family. But the family that Maki clearly wanted to admit her was the same who met their end at her hands. When Maki and Mai were forced to go through pain by the cruel Zenin family again, it was time for the tables to turn. Mai sacrificed herself for her sister, and this allowed Maki to completely use her real potential. With Mai's death, Maki was off with all the damned energy she had left and broke free from the curse forever, just like Toji. Maki also grew dramatically in terms of strength. While she once lost to Ogi Zeni, she continued to slaughter him in battle, and with him also the rest of the Zenin clan. Maki broke freely and leveled heavily in strength and put her way for her to become even more important in the abolishing game, and later along the line, Shinjuku -Showdown arch for JJK.

Maki fought against sukuna phenomenally

If there is one thing that the fans knew would come as the story continued, it was Maki's fight against Ryomen Sukuna. Of course, Maki would never be the most important opponent for Sukuna, but given that she was easily one of the strongest magicians, it made sense for Maki to be involved in the battle in some form or form. When Sukuna took control of Megumi's body, it was clear to the fans to see that he would collide with Maki. The two engaged a temporary in some exciting battle, and it pressed Sukuna to get more of their power.

But Maki's real commitment to Sukuna later came down on the line, when Shinjuku -Showdown was on the way. After Gojo's death, every major magician joined in the battle almost immediately, and it marked the beginning of a massive battle. Maki did not jump directly, but she was waiting for the side line for the signal from Yuta for her turn to strike. When Maki received the signal, after Yuta was cut into two, she immediately rushed into the battle and with her shared soul Katana managed to hurt Sukuna sharply in battle.

Sukuna was stabbed straight through the heart, thanks to Maki, and given that the shared soul Katana handled soul damage, it was not easy for the king of curses to deal with it.

Maki even engaged in hand-to-hand battle with Sukuna, and as far as pure physical strength goes, she drummed him quite easily. She was the bigger physical monster, but Sukuna's cursed energy use showed that he could keep up and overpower her without too much trouble. Sukuna even managed to land powerful black flashes at Maki. She was hit with two mighty black flashes, and she managed to refuel them all. This is again an indication of the fact that Maki was a worthy opponent for Sukuna. Thanks to Kasumi Miwa, she was even able to take 99-seconds domain from Sukuna, but thanks to Aoi Todo, she was replaced out of the battle before Divine Flames beat.

In terms of fighting, the fans saw nothing from Maki after she was taken out of the range of Sukuna's domain by Aoi Todo. But there was still much left for her character to win. In JJK's epilogue, fans were made for Maki to stop with Yuta Okkotsu. It is unknown how and when they met, but what is clear is that Yuta has two grandchildren right now. Both are similar to Yuta and Maki. While the girl looks more like Yuta, the boy looks like the exact copy of Megumi and Maki, considering he wears the genes in Zenin.

It is also clear that Yuta was made to the actor for the Gojo clan at some point, and that meant that the yuta and Maki probably lived in the facilities in the Gojo clan. Unfortunately, fans did not see any of them in the epilogue, but they can only hope that Gege gives them another glimpse of the beloved nature when he is well rested. Whether it is in a movie, or an OneShot chapter, fans absolutely cannot wait to see how Maki developed after the end of the war, and how her character really ended up as year after graduation from Tokyo Jujutsu High. Her popularity remains incredibly high until this day, and it is proof of the brilliant woman who gave emergency emergency in Maki.
