Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo continues to get more exciting with each passing chapter, especially when Gege Akutami, the creator of the series, reintroduces old characters. In a very bold move, Gege has re-introduced Yuji into the story, and it has certainly taken the intrigue of the plot to the next level. While most fans were sure that Yuji would still be alive after 68 years JJKit has now been officially confirmed that he is not only alive, but he is still in his prime.

Much to the shock of all readers, Yuji Itadori is actually immortalin the sense that he no longer ages. This was confirmed by the author in several chapters, but most recently in JJK Modulo chapter 13, Nobara stated that his body has stopped aging. This is one of the biggest plot points in JJK Modulo series, and fans absolutely can't wait to see how Yuji will eventually meet his end.
Yuji Itadori is immortal in Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo
Yuji Itadori was never just a normal person. It was him born to none other than Kenjakuand was essentially created as the perfect vessel for the reincarnation of the King of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna. As such, Yuji's body couldn't just be a simple body.
Yuji was also part curse and this is partly due to he consumed many of his Death Painting siblings just before the events of the deadly Shinjuku Showdown. Yuji's body has changed completely, and as such he no longer ages. At some point in history, Yuji stopped aging completely and he has remained in his prime ever since.
The last time I saw him was at Hana's funeral. He said he wouldn't go to any more funerals. He might look like a musclehead but he's too sensitive, you know. He just can't bear to see anyone else. While this looks good on the surface, as it grants him eternal life and allows him to remain the strongest for years to come, fans are also well aware that Yuji Itadori is extremely depressed right now due to him not aging.
Yuji is the strongest, but he loses all his friends
Yuji's immortality means that he has remained the strongest for a long time, but which was clarified of both Gojo and Sukunabeing the strongest means dealing with inexplicable loneliness. No one can understand loneliness the way the strongest does, and that's exactly what Yuji is dealing with right now.
if anything, the loneliness Yuji deals with is far worse than anything Gojo and Sukuna had to deal withas he keeps losing all his friends one by one.

Gojo's era is over, and this wizard has stolen his throne as the strongest wizard in Japan in JJK.
When Yuta and Maki died, it was a big shock to everyone, and this included Yuji. Fans know very well that Yuji and Yuta were very close, so this loss clearly took a toll on him. But most importantly, it was the supposed loss of Megumi Fushiguro that depressed Yuji.
The last funeral he attended was Hana's, and he clearly mentioned to Nobara that he wouldn't be attending anymore because he couldn't bear to see all his friends die one by one while he continues to be in his prime.
Yuji will be killed by Dabura in battle
Yuji no longer aging is one of the biggest plot points in JJK Modulo right now. But the author sets up his eventual death quite clearly. First, Yuji has to return to the story after such a complicated setup of not being able to find him for so long.
Second, Mahito was recently re-introduced into the story, eagerly awaiting Yuji on the other side, where the two will eventually either fight or move on to the next life together.
Most importantly, a battle to the death is being set up between Dabura and Yuji, and it is highly likely that this is the battle where Yuji will eventually lose his life. Yuji may not age, but he can still be killed. If Dabura proves to be stronger than Yujithen he will not only win Tokyo for his people, but at the same time he will also grant Yuji the death wish and let him go to the other side to reunite with his friends, just like Gojo did after the battle with Sukuna.
Jujutsu Kaisen's sequel, called Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, is featured in Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine. The series is set 68 years into the future, after the events of the Shinjuku Showdown. The main characters of Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo are Yuka and Tsurugi Okkotsu, grandchildren of Yuta and Maki. Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 14 will be released on December 7, 2025.
