The shadow army possessed by Jinwoo certainly stood out quite a bit, and it was clear to see that even among the S-Rank Hunters, Jinwoo was clearly at the top. Of course, there are better things to come and stronger opponents for Jinwoo to fight later.

Strong as he is right now, Jinwoo is still not at the peak of his powers, and there are those who surpass him in strength in more ways than one. Those who read the Manhwa know very well the characters who stand at the top and are a threat to even Jinwoo.

Solo Leveling Season 2 saw Sung Jinwoo finally reach level 100and this is where every fan held their breath. This happened after his fight against the Ant King on Jeju Island, which fans know was incredibly intense. Despite the Ant King's immense strength, he couldn't do much damage to Jinwoo at all. In fact, Jinwoo managed to defeat the Ant King without too much trouble, if only because he continued to draw power throughout the fight.

After Jinwoo beat the Ant King, it became clear that his power would not be limited to level 100. This was something that many fans were worried about. Jinwoo could clearly go over level 100, and fans now know that he will only continue to grow stronger and catch up to those who are levels above him.

A name it Solo Leveling fans must consider is Ashborn. While the anime hasn't delved into the lore of this particular character, the Manhwa makes it pretty clear that Ashborn was the former Shadow Monarch and a monster even above the level of Jinwoo in Solo Leveling Season 2.

That's not to say that Jinwoo can't reach the same level of power as Ashborn or go beyond it. What this means is that as it stands in the anime, Jinwoo is not strong enough to fight or beat Ashborn if a hypothetical fight took place. But, fans must keep an eye on Jinwoo's development as he will eventually transcend all limits.

Jinwoo is not at Antares level yet

Another name that fans may not have heard of but must remember is Antares. Known to be the monarch of destruction, Antares is levels above the current anime Jinwooand their existence only shows that even though Jinwoo seems unbeatable right now, there is a whole unexplored world in Solo Leveling that fans have yet to see, and that there are countless overpowered characters that the anime will delve into at some point Solo Leveling returns with Season 3.
