In the destroyed version of Nuketown in Paradox Junction, players can stumble upon a remote control in three different locations. Once they find and interact with the remote, they will take control of an ARC-XD that is just out of bounds.
This isn't just a fun easter egg on the page Black Ops 7but an important part of the main quest after Paradox Junction. All RC-XD remote locations in Paradox Junction
In the future version of Nuketown (destroyed), there are three spawns for the RC-XD's remote:

In it Yellow house garageon the lower shelf hanging outside the east wall.

Inside the dirt, when standing in Green House Backyard garden area, looking at the white fence to the east.

On the right side of some cement boxes, when southbound on Trinity Avenueto the right of Pack-a-Punch.
Once you've found the RC-XD remote, make a note of where it is and get ready. When you interact with the RC-XD, you will have a limited window to use it properly, otherwise it will explode when the battery runs out and you will be forced to try again in the next round.
How to use RC-XD in Paradox Junction

Once you find the RC-XD remote, you will be created as the RC-XD itself.

As soon as you spawn, go forward where you can cross over a ramp into a sandy pit.

There is a pile of dirt at the back of the fence, and you will want to go to the top of this pile.

Now face the building ahead and use L3 to boost and X to jump so you can land in the garage.

Press R1/Square to detonate the RC-XD when pushed against the garage door and red barrel.

The garage is accessed on Trinity Avenue as the second house down on the left, when facing east.

How to get chalk and swing seat in Paradox Junction
The RC-XD Easter Egg is part of the Paradox Junction main quest, and is used to obtain the Chalk item. Once the garage is open, enter and interact with the girl covered in ash. She will crumble away in the wind, and after a few seconds, the magic glowing chalk appearswhich you can download.
The next part of this Easter egg is about getting the Swing Seat. To get it, use the teleporter to travel to Clean Nuketown (the past). In the Yellow House Backyard you can find a swing set. Push the seat and it falls, add Swing Seat to your inventory.
With both chalk and a rocking chair, you can go back to Destroyed Nuketown and interact with the broken swing set in the Yellow House Backyard to summon the twins and continue with the easter egg.
