How to unlock Olaf's Grand Exhibit at Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Whispers of the Wind update is finally here, and while Pocahontas is the main highlight, many players are just as excited about Olaf's large exhibit, which doubles as a museum. This means you finally have a proper place to display all those rare and cool items we've been holding on to.

Unlocks the museum DDV is not easy. Players will have to complete a long quest and collect many items before the exhibition opens. Below, players will find a step-by-step guide to completing Olaf's Grand Exhibition quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Players must find Glowing Algae to trigger the Whispers in the Wind quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley to begin searching for Pocahontas.

• Talk to Olaf after installing the update.

• He's already completed the museum blueprint, and even better, Scrooge McDuck has agreed to build it.

• Go to the Furniture menu, open the Requests tab and drop the building wherever you want in the valley.

• Once that's done, dreamers must go inside and talk to Olaf again. He will explain that the museum has separate rooms for each biome and ask you to follow him to the Peaceful Meadow room to get started.

• When you enter the room, Olaf will walk you through how everything works. Each room is divided into three parts: Aquarium, Diorama and Habitat.

How to build the aquarium in Olaf's big exhibit

When you approach the stands, you will see three podium places in front of them. This is where you will place the necessary items to unlock each section. For the aquarium, players need to collect some gems:

• 1 x grenade

• 1x Shiny Garnet

• 1x Onyx

• 1x Peridot

• 1x Shiny Peridot

All of these are found in Peaceful Meadow since this room is based on that biome. If you don't already have them, you can hit the mining locations in the biome. Once you get them, interact with the podium and place the gems.

How to add fish to the aquarium

After that, a glowing scroll will appear under the aquarium. This is where the players add the fish. You need:

• 1x bass (fish in white bubbles)

• 1x bream (fish in blue bubbles)

• 1x rainbow (fish in white bubbles)

• 1x catfish (fish in golden bubbles)

If you miss someone, you can go to any pond in Peaceful Meadow and fish for them. The bubble colors make it easy to tell what to catch. Once you have placed all the fish in the aquarium, that section is complete, and you will get Peaceful Meadow Aquarium Furniture as your reward.

How to build diorama in Olaf's big exhibit

The diorama is easily the toughest part of this room, so don't be surprised if it takes a little longer than the others. Players must first unlock the stand by placing some flowers on the podium. The flowers you need are:

• 1x Yellow daisy

• 1x White Daisy

• 1x Red Daisy

• 1x Green Rising Penstemon

• 1x Purple Rising Penstemon.

All of these can be found around Peaceful Meadowso make a quick run through the area and pick them up. Once players have everything, they can interact with the podium and place the flowers.

After that it starts to get a bit more demanding. Olaf will explain that the Diorama has four different panelsand each needs its own set of materials. Here's what you'll need for each panel:

Forever Fishing Panel:

• 51x Softwood (can be obtained through foraging)

• 31x Seaweed (can be obtained by fishing)

• 5x Red Algae (can be obtained by fishing)

• 16x Dream Shards (obtainable by digging)

Tags in your sidebar:

• 14x softwood (can be obtained through foraging)

• 10x Coal Ore (can be obtained through mining)

• 1x Onyx (can be obtained through mining)

• 5x Night Shards (obtainable by digging)

Friendship falters panel:

• 31x Softwood (can be obtained through foraging)

• 24x stones (can be obtained through mining)

• 2x grenades (can be obtained through mining)

• 3x Peridots (can be obtained through mining)

Knock Knock Panel:

• 67x Softwood (can be obtained through foraging)

• 21x Earth (can be obtained by digging)

• 5x Rich Soil (can be obtained by digging)

• 7x Dream Shards (obtainable by digging)

After collecting all these materials, go back to the Diorama and interact with each panel to place the materials. Once you complete all four, the Diorama section for the Peaceful Meadow room will be done.

As a reward, players will receive Peaceful Meadow Diorama Pillars, Peaceful Meadow Diorama Mirabel, Peaceful Meadow Diorama Goofy and Peaceful Meadow Diorama Thorns.

How to build the habitat in Olaf's large exhibition

Finally, we have the Habitat part of the room. First, you need to unlock the stand by placing some items on the pallet:

• 1 x apple

• 1 x raspberry

• 1 x basil

• 1x salad

• 1x carrot

• 1x wheat.

Most of these items are easy to find in Peaceful Meadow. Apples and raspberries are only from trees and bushes, and the rest you can either pick up or quickly farm if you don't already have them.

Once you place everything, the enclosure opens and you can fill the habitat with animals. Since this is the Peaceful Meadow room, players must add the animals belonging to this biome.

How to add animals to the habitat

This part takes a bit more time, mainly because you may still need to befriend the animals if you haven't already. Once you've done that, you can add them to Habitat. In the peaceful meadow, the only animals we have are rabbits, and there are five different types:

• Black rabbit

• Classic rabbit

• Brown rabbit

• Calico rabbit

• White rabbit.

To turn a rabbit into a companion, you must feed it its favorite food twice. After that it becomes available to place in Habitat. Here's all the information you need to feed them:

Once you're done with the Peaceful Meadow room, you can move on to the Dazzle Beach room and start filling it.
