How to unlock Monke in Megabonk (Golden Key Guide)

Just as the game takes it inspiration from (Vampire survivor, Megabonk Has many different characters to choose from, but besides two of them they must be unlocked in different ways. Some of the unlock requirements are more simple than others, but if you want to play as Mouthyou will need to find and drop him on the forest map, the first level of Megabonk.

Megabonk players will also get the Monke performance when the character is unlocked.

How to find Monke in Megabonk and open his cage (Golden Key)

The two requirements to unlock Monke in Megabonk is to find and release him in the woods and buy bananarang -weapon. To begin with, you will eventually find Bananarang Items during your driving, and when you unlock it, you must buy it from the lock section in the menu.

When you do that you have to find a Golden key during your driving in the forest. From what we've seen, Key has a little chance to play randomly on the ground. When you have run over it, it will be added to your layer, and you can now release Monke from his cage.

The difficult part is that Monke will not appear on the map, So when you have the key to your hand, you just have to run quickly, jump and slide around the forest until you find it. Just know that the cage is quite small, so it will not be easy to find it immediately. It is worth noting that the cage may not appear on the map every time.

You can go back to the unlock screen in the main menu and Buy Monke for 18 coins after the requirements have been met.

What does Monke do in Megabonk?

Monke will start his runs with Bananarang Weapons, which act as a boomerang and return to you after being thrown. You can also climb walls with Monke and will get extra Max HP for each level up in Megabonk.
