During the main mission “Kill Billionaire Larry Pinkstock” i High on Life 2you must steal a fedora from a display case in the cruise ship's museum to keep Travis, the Gatlian who helped you get a VIP ticket to the event, happy and helpful.
As a prized possession of Larry Pinkstock and a piece of famous movie memorabilia, the Fedora will be locked behind a mounted glass case that you cannot break open by normal means. You have to find a way to destroy the glass case with something else.

How to Steal Fedora from the Museum in High on Life 2
The only way to steal the Fedora from the Museum for Travis during the “Kill Billionaire Larry Pinkstock” mission is to use the laser from the exhibit across from Fedora to break open the hat's stand.
The fedora is on the far right of a large circuit board that controls the museum's security and other mechanisms. Look to the left edge of the circuit board and you'll find a pixelated phallic object and a purple interface that you can interact with. With the help of this exhibition, you will be able to control one circumcision laser which can break up Fedora's booth.
But to aim the laser at Fedora, you must first reposition it correctly. The only way to do it is to activate the laser and manually move it from the left edge of the circuit board to its right edge, while avoiding all the active circuits arranged in the form of a maze puzzle.
Aim the laser at the blank parts of the circuit board and let it slowly move across the board with the route shown in the screenshot above. If you hit an active part of the board (the green rectangles and squares), the laser will forcefully move back a few centimeters.
When you reach the upper right corner of the circuit board with the laser, some of the active circuits will begin to break apart, blocking the empty space in the maze. Every time this happens, an alternate route opens from where you can make the laser pass. Be patient and wait for the circuits to rearrange before you start moving again.
In the very last stretch, the blue alien standing nearby comes and stands right in front of the only path to the finish line. Don't worry about him; he wears a laser proof suit that makes him immune to the damage. Move the laser over the alien's chest to reach Fedora's booth.
When the laser destroys the display's glass, go up to Fedora and use the interaction prompt to pick it up. Travis will immediately put it on his head, and this mission will be completed.
If you navigate the laser maze with perfect precision, you will get it “Dunston has checked in” performance.
