If you want to survive in the dirty, monster-infested places of Resident Evil Villageyou must use all the resources you can get your hands on. Crafting orbs and healing items is one thing, but upgrading them is another. You need a lot of Lira to upgrade your gear, and there's no better way to make money than finding and selling treasures. One such treasure includes a wooden animal figure, but unfortunately it is in two separate parts: the head and the body. To find the tree animal's head and body i RE8, that's where you need to go.

Resident Evil Village Wooden Animal Body Mode
The body of the tree animal treasure can be found in one of the houses near the Maiden of War statue; specifically the one next to the blocked road. Enter the house and look around a bit. You will find the tree animal body on a small table next to a bolted door leading back to the village.
Resident Evil Village Wooden Animal Head Mode
The boss of the Wooden Animal Treasure can also be found in the Maiden of War statue facilitybut there is a catch. It's stuck deep in the well near the statue, and to fish it out, you need to get the Well Wheel. To get this key item, you must successfully enter and escape Castle Dimitrescu and take out the lady of the house yourself.
The well wheel is inside a hut near the house with a red chimney. To reach it, go back to the house where you found the tree animal body, then wrap around the houses until you find a tractor blocking the way. From there, look for a large, padlocked gate nearby. Hit the lock with the knife, ignore the Don Not Enter sign and enter the area to find a shed on the left. Open the locked cabinet there to find a Jack Handle and an M1911 Pistol. Go back to the tractor, use the jack handle to lift it, then crawl through.
From here, follow the path until you find a locked door. To open it, you need the Iron Insignia Keywhich you should have received when you escaped from Dimitrescu Castle. Open the door and enter the shed next to the ladder to get the water wheel.
Take the waterwheel back to the well near the Maiden of War, and you'll get the Wooden Animal Head. Combine the head and body to get a complete wooden animal, which will sell for 15,000 Liras.
