Doris is an elusive townie who runs a small shop, similar to Annie and Ka Ching. However, you can find Doris only when the weather is rainy or there is a rainbow. Otherwise, she will be inside her home and unavailable.

When the weather is right, get there Art Street on the west side of town. You will find her wandering around the balcony by the southwest bridgedressed in all blue.
