Fire Ring Nightreign: The Forsaken Hollows expansion adds two new expeditions to the game, one of which is an all-out battle against the Balancers. Facing this new formidable opponent, or should I say opponents, is tricky as you will face several mini-bosses with a shared health bar.
While having the best build and team composition is important, one of the biggest weaknesses of the Balancer is its sleep status infused weapons. Using sleep based weapons in the boss fight will trigger a unique mechanic that will make the fight much easier to handle. Here's how to find Sleep weapons in Elden Ring Nightreign, so you can properly target Balancer's weakness.

How to get sleep weapon for balancers weakness in Elden Ring Nightreign
Players can easily bring in weapons with sleep status effect Fire Ring Nightreign by visiting the landmarks that have status icon “Sleep” (eye closed).
All landmarks have a random status effect, so you can try to rejoin a raid multiple times until you finally see one or two spots with the sleep status effect symbol. This will ensure that you have a higher chance of obtaining sleep weapons to use against Balancer's weakness.
Once you arrive at one of the landmarks that offer sleep status swapping, you can defeat enemies, loot bodies, smash crates to obtain sleep-based weapons and gear. The best chance to get a high level weapon that puts enemies to sleep status is though defeat the boss of that particular landmark.
Once you defeat the boss, you get an effective weapon with decent stats and a passive skill that inflict the sleep status effect on enemies, especially Balancersbecause that is their weakness.
In addition to weapons that roll with a sleep-inducing passive, players can also find Soporific Grease, which adds a sleep status effect to your current weapon temporarily. This is especially useful if you want to temporarily give your current weapon the sleep status effect mid-battle.
In addition to using weapons to induce sleep states on Balancers in Fire Ring Nightreignyou can also try with disposable items like the Sleep Pot. Just throwing it at the Balancers will cause an instant build up of the sleep status effect, giving you a huge advantage during the boss fight.
Players should also visit the vendors scattered around the map to see if they offer any weapons that are rolled with a sleep status passive ability, or a consumable/throwable with that status effect.
