How to get Pokemetal and Rare Pokemetal in Pokopia

Pokemetal and Rare Pokemetal are two pretty important items in Pokemon Pokopiawith the common kind used to make items like storage boxes, and both types used to make all items on the 3D printer. The main way to get both types is by melting fragments of each in a furnace, but there are a few additional ways you can get Pokemetal and Rare Pokemetal in Pokemon Pokopia. We've explained all the methods below, along with some important tips to help you find and farm Pokemetal.

You get Pokemetal Fragments by smashing colorful Pokemetal Blocks with the enhanced Rock Smash ability i Pokopia. You can improve your Rock Smash ability by eating a hamburger meal — any hamburger patty will do, whether it's a Tomato Hamburger Steak or a Simple Hamburger Steak.

Lots of Pokemetal Blocks are easy to find in Dragonite's Dream Island i Pokopiabut you can also find and farm them on other dream islands, in the Sparkling Skylands, and in the mines of the Withered Wasteland and Rocky Ridges. Basically, anywhere there is a mine, there is a chance to find Pokemetal Blocks.

You can use Graveler's Rollout ability in Pokopia to quickly clear Pokemetal Blocks — just make sure you've had a hamburger patty meal first to improve Rock Smash. Otherwise, Rollout cannot break the strong Pokemetal blocks.

Rare Pokemetal Fragments are obtained from random drops after you destroy the colorful Pokemetal blocks in Pokopia. That is, every time you destroy a Pokemetal Block, there is only a small chance that Rare Pokemetal Fragments will drop. You are much more likely to get regular Pokemetal Fragments instead. This means you have to find and farm a lot of Pokemetal blocks to get a significant amount of rare Pokemetal.
