The first difficulty in accomplishing this task is getting into Pororin Village itself, as this location is only accessible after completing a certain mission.

How to get Refill Arrows in Crimson Desert
IN Crimson DesertReplenishing Arrows is a reward for completing Natural Harmony Research for Lumiel, the Director of the Research Institute in Pororin Village. To get them, you need to complete the following steps:

Enter Pororin Village.

Complete the Herbs of Vitality quest for the Research Director.

Complete the Natural Harmony Research Request.
Entering Pororin Village
Pororin Village is located southeast of Hernand, at the location shown on the map above. To enter, you must complete the quest “The Unreachable Village” i Crimson Desert. This is how you do it.

Approach Pororin village from any direction, and you'll be knocked out by a couple of Shai residents.

Repeat step 1 two more times.

Talk to The sheeta yellow-clad Shai Resident who will call out to you when you regain consciousness the third time, to trigger “The inaccessible village.”

Follow the quest marker to reach Arkin, and he'll tell you to retrieve Relic of Pororin from a “really tall creature” roaming the Willow River.

Look for a giant walking treant monster near Willow River (he patrols in a fixed pattern) and climb on top of his head to retrieve the relic of Pororin.
- Return the relic to Arkin to complete the mission.
You will now be able to enter Pororin Village without being sedated.
Herbs of Vitality
Go to Research institute in the village of Pororin (shown above) and talk to Lumiel behind the counter to receive Herbs of Vitality applicant.
Follow the mission marker to reach a field of Lavender flowers. Choose five lavenders to fulfill the mission requirements. Return to Lumiel and hand over the five lavenders to complete the quest.
Natural harmony research
Talk to Lumiel and choose “Research Request.” The very first option will be Natural harmony research request on the far left. Completing this research requires 2 hours in game and 1.10 Silver. Confirm the choice and the research will start.
Return to Lumiel after 2 hours in game (10 real minutes) and select “Research Completed” from the Research Request menu to receive Refill arrows and that Shadowleaf Disguise Blueprint.
You can use the bed in the Research Institute (behind Lumiel) to pass the time.
How to use the refill arrows
Although the infinity symbol gives the impression that the refill arrows are an endless well of arrows for your bows in Crimson Desertthat is not the case. In reality Replenishing Arrows are a renewable source of standard arrows that continue to regenerate over timewith a 10-second cooldown for each recovered arrow.
To use them, all you need to do is equip the Replenishing Arrows item in the appropriate equipment slot like any standard arrow. You can also switch between different arrow types through the weapon's radial menu. As long as the refill arrows are in your inventory, they will appear as an option here.
The arrow counter on refill arrows icon in your inventory indicates the current number of refill arrows in your possession. For example, if you have 10 refill arrows and you fire 2, the counter will go down to 8. Then it will go up to 9 after five seconds and to 10 after another five seconds.
If the refill arrows disappear from your inventory, don't panic. It will return after the 10 second cooldown timer expires.
The maximum number of refill arrows increases with your Pororin Research Institute level. At the first level you only have 10 refill arrows. Once you complete your second research, this will go up to 25. The more you research, the more this number will go up.
