How to find all warring states Chijiko in Nioh 3
Tenryu river
From Ikeda Ferry Shrine in Tokaidohead north to find some houses, and the first Chijiko hovering above them.

From Hojo Shrinego north until you see Chijiko.

Soon after entering Hamamatsu and reaches Hamamatsu Post Shrineyou will find it here on the left.

After completing the crucible mission and defeating Jakotsu-Baba, you will reach the top of Hamamatsu Castle. From the top, jump down onto the roof tiles and keep going down until you can see the Chijiko floating and within range of your arrows.
