Cooking Ghost of Yotei is an optional side activity ATSU can participate in. It comes with some excellent incentives to encourage players to get involved in the system, especially in higher difficulties.

How to cook in Ghost of Yotei

- Sponge: Determine the bonus spirit and a random minor benefit for a full day.
The Benefits can be defensive, offensive or benefit in nature and is randomized every time. Any active benefits appear in the upper left corner of the gear, including their effects.
Bonusand is represented by a green icon with a white limit above the atsus health bar. The white limit also serves as a time indicator for how much time remains before the food buff ends.
ATSU can only eat if she is hungry, which means you can't stack food buffets or eat several foods on the same day.
How to get fish and mushrooms in Ghost of Yotei
Both fish and mushrooms are world articles that can be picked up if you have a chance at them, similar to bamboo and flowers.
