How to complete the Launch Tower Loot in Arc Raiders

Many of the events in Arc Raiders change the map, giving more opportunities for Raiders to collect higher rarity loot. These events require players to visit multiple locations, press buttons, and loot key items. Because of this, there is a chance that the attackers will work together to complete the event faster and share the loot.

The Start Tower Loot event is one of the shorter events, and the loot is significant, especially if there aren't many players looting the containers. Here is the complete event guide for the Launch Tower Loot in Arc Raiders.

Updated January 11, 2026 by Waseem Muhammad: Despite only running for 2 hours each day, the event can give a player good loot, especially if they are the only person looting the chests, which is highly unlikely in most cases. The guide below has been updated to include more information on how to deal with the waves of ARC that occur when pressing the button. Also added some tips and strategies on what players should do with enemy raiders that may come up the zipline when they hear the crashing sound.

The Launch Tower Loot event occurs twice a day at 11 PM PST/8 AM CET and 7 AM PST/4 PM CET. The event lasts for an hour, so you will probably have time to do 2-3 runs depending on how long they take. To play this, start matchmaking on Spaceport map with either a free load or full run.

Since there are a lot of ARC enemies and potentially other Raiders that will be competing as well, it's best to bring a better loadout just to be on the safe side.

As soon as you spawn, make your way to the Launch Towers placed in the center of the map. These are the tallest structures on the map, so you should be able to see them almost anywhere. When you reach the towers you can enter, but you will find both doors on the side to be locked. There is a generator in the center that requires a fuel cell to operate.

The location of the fuel cell is random though is always in the vicinity of the Launch Towersso you need to leave this room and look around. The fuel cell is a small, portable item that slows you down and prevents you from running. Because of this, you should be careful that there are no ground or flying ARCs nearby or they will cause you trouble.

When you bring the fuel cells back to the generator, simply interact to put them in, and there should be a lever on the side that you can pull.

The lever activates the gates to open, allowing you to go up the ziplines on either side of the towers. When you reach the upper area, be careful Pops and Fireball up here, and when they're dealt with, move on to the roof.

There will be some ARC enemies, so you can deal with them if you want, and go up the steps here to see a locked container with a switch next to it. When you activate the switch, a large sound begins to roar, attracting and creating flying ARCs, even the Rocketeer.

Now players can deal with these ARC enemies, which is extremely difficult if you are playing solo and there are no raiders around to help you. Alternatively you can go down to the room where Pops was and wait out the after activating the power switch. This will cause most of the ARCs to lose sight and fly away, giving you time to sneak up and loot everything. You can also throw down a smoke grenade to make the looting process easier.

There's a locked container on either side of the tower, so you can repeat the same process on the other side and pull out in the nearby elevator with your hard-earned loot. Be wary of people playing near the extraction points, as some players find it easy to take down the raiders who have already looted the tower instead of participating in the event themselves.

Tips for completing the Launch Tower Loot Event

If you're playing Solo and want the loot all to yourself, you need a proper loadout. For Augment you can take one Combat Mk. 3 (Flanking) because of the tool slots you will get and need to place the mines. Your load should ideally consist of:

  • Jolt Mines

  • Explosive mines

  • Searching grenades

  • Wolfpacks

  • Barricades

  • A lot of healing.

Then Trigger Nades are pretty overwhelmed right now, you can also bring some of them for the enemy raiders.

When you charge into the match, run straight towards the tower, and after sitting in the fuse cell, go up the zipline. Now you only have time to line up around one entrance to the tower, which means 2 ziplines can be covered. Place your explosives and shock mines near both ziplines. Place a barricade on top of the first staircase so players can't rush up and shoot you from behind. You can then use a second barricade on the roof of the tower, which will act as cover from the ARC when they spawn.

When you see the wasps and hornets, take out your Seeker Grenades and start throwing them in the air so that most of these flying ARCs are handled. Two Wolfpack grenades should be enough for the Rocketeers.

Bringing in a weapon like Renegade or Venator is the best, as these can handle ARC with ease and are also great weapons against any attacker. Once you're done looting the first chest, you can make your way to the other side and start the button on that side as well.

Keep in mind that since you haven't laid any mines on the other side, there is a very high possibility that multiple attackers will come from that side and may even fight you. You can place some mines on the stairs on the other side before pressing the buttons if there is no one standing there; otherwise, get ready for a fight.

After collecting the loot from both chests, your next challenge will be extraction. The problem is that some players opt out of the event but camp around the drawwaiting for players to bring all the loot. Also, some players may have set up Jolt Mines at the bottom of the ziplines, so you have to go down carefully.

If you plan to complete the event in Duos or Trios, you can complete the mine much faster, giving you enough time to jump to the other chest and set traps on the other side.
