Talking to him starts the Captain Neptune Quest, where your goal is to unlock all the fish in the bestiary and claim the rewards. But before you start preparing to reel in, it's important to know where these fish are and how to reach them.

To find them, start by sailing due west from Moosewood until you reach Grand Reef. In this area you will encountered several Atlantic stormswhere you can cast your line and catch all the unique fish.
