Where winds meet has an absolutely massive amount of side quests hidden in every corner of its expansive world, with Kaifeng City being home to dozens of them alone. As you explore the town, you may come across the Lost Chapter One Leaf, One Life, which explores some groups of residents of the town.
This quest line will have you exploring the city and helping out with various tasks while learning about the lives of some key characters. Below we'll walk through each part of this quest, including how to start it and how to complete all three parts.
How to start a leaf, a life
To start One Leaf, One Life, go to Hopewell Academy Boundary Stone in Keifeng City. There you will find a burning shop and a group of onlookers, who will start the first mission of phase 1.
One leaf, one life is divided into three phases. In each phase you will be tasked with collecting leaves by completing a variety of missions to unlock the next set of missions.

Phase 1: Battles in every corner
Feast of Leaves: Volume 1
First, talk to the bickering couple outside their burning shop, then listen to the gossip nearby. Then eavesdrop on the stranger and his associates by standing some distance away. They will let you know about something happening at noon tomorrow.
After listening to their conversation, talk to the stranger directly and tell him that you will do the job.
Now go to Tianjing Howeverthen use the clock to change the time to Wu Hour the next day. Talk to the supervisor and then follow the others to the location of the job.
Listen to the commotion, then go inside and examine the food for yourself. Examine the “body” outside, then follow the paper trail to the “mourner”. Here, listen to their conversation from outside, then go inside and reveal their crime.
Defeat the group of four criminals, then grab Lu San'er and parade him through time and make him confess his crimes. Then, talk to Zhang Ankang about what happened.
Then you have to put it all together by combining phrases to answer the questions. Here is the solution.

Tale Of Gold Leaves: Volume 1
Go to east side of South Gate Avenuewhere you find a blind girl with three spectator children. After listening to her story, talk to Zheng Ran and then follow her to her home.
Once there, talk to her again, then go outside to ask the neighbors about her father, then go back to Zheng Ran.
Follow the destination marker to Immortal treeread the placard there, then chase the thief on the roof until he gets tired and stops. A short distance away, ask the boy about the gold leaf, then return to Zhou Ergou. Finally, return to the elder by the tree to complete this quest.
Side Stories
Now you have to complete six unfair missions to get white leaves so you can unlock the next part of the story. By selecting each quest, you'll get an idea of where to look for them.

Battle in every corner
This is the final part of Phase 1: Strife in Every Corner. Go to the elderly host's home, listen to the conversation, try to return the coin bag to Zhang Ankang, then return to the home to complete the quest.
Phase 2: Lights flicker in all homes
Feast of Leaves: Volume 2
Start by going back to Zhang's eaterythen talk to Liu Xian, where you will learn that Zhang Ankang is on Tianjing However. Talk to him there, then follow him for a while and finally give him the coin bag.
Back in his shop, help him cook Grasshopper noodles by performing various actions in the kitchen. Inspect the recipe and then go to Hopewell Academy to find Wu Caifengwhich tells you how to fix the recipe.
Go to Locust Tree and then change the time to You hour. Pick a leaf from the tree and then go back to Zhang Ankang. Now look for Lu San'er, fight the thugs and then talk to him about the tree.
Then find Zhou Juan pay some money for the whole story. Talk to Liu Xian and then visit Jin's jewelry for more information. After talking to Jin Que, go back to Zhang's eatery and talk to Zhang Ankang to complete the quest.
Tale Of Gold Leaves: Volume 2
Start this quest at Jiang's Teahouse, talk to Pinggu Wenthen read the storybook. Then go to Hopewell Academy and talk to Chen Xuewu, who will ask you to find his three missing students.

Xu Xuan is in building next to Zhen Lele and Hu Qiaoqiao.

Chen Wenwen is in the building to the left of it.
After finding the students, go back to Chen Xuewuwhen wait until night. Now you have to sneak into the Patrol and Inspection Agency. Climb onto the roof and use Wind sensation to avoid the patrolling guards, then sneak into the building and gather information from three clues.
Now you have to put all the clues together.

This time you have to get five white leaves from side items, but you have a few options on how to deal with them. Even if you only need to complete five of the seven stories to unlock the next mission, you will eventually have to do all seven for One Leaf, One Life Epilogue.

Side Stories
Phase 3 works a bit differently than the previous two as well. This time you will be able to do all the side stories before the final mission. To unlock the One Leaf, One Life Epilogue, you'll need to complete those as well, so you might as well do those first.
