You must complete the tutorial and complete a specific mission before the wardrobe feature becomes available. Become an Apprentice Rancher Quest

To change your appearance, you must first complete Become an Apprentice Rancher Mission. You can start this quest by talking to Pastelle, the farm's mentor on the island. She will tell you that Lunelle's shop needs Rabbit Fluff samples, and you need to help collect them.

To do that you need rabbits. But before you buy them, you need to build a rabbit hutch with fiberboard and softwood planks. After creating the jar, place it on your land and add four rabbits to it. After some time they will produce Fluff. Collect the rabbit fur and give it to Lunelle in her shop.

After turning it in, Lunelle will reward you with an outfit. This too unlocks Wardrobe and makeup apps on your phone, allowing you to change your appearance whenever you want.

Open your phone and tap the Wardrobe app to wear the new outfit you just came from Lunelle. Inside the wardrobe, players can choose from hats, tops, bottoms, full sets and more to customize their look.

If you want to change more details, open the Makeup app. From there you can adjust your hairstyle, eyelashes, eyebrows and other features. When you're done, go back to Pastelle. She will give you the Apprentice Rancher Certificate, and that will complete the quest.
