How to unlock the dog grooming hobby in Heartopia and adopt a dog
To unlock the dog grooming hobby, you must first reach DG Level 12. The fastest way to do that is by completing the five resident requests you receive each day. If you stay consistent, you should reach level 12 in about a week or two. Once you are Developer Guild Level 12, you must visit Mrs. Joan, the Pet Care Mentor, located at the Adoption Center.
The dog care hobby first requires players to purchase the cat care hobby. We've listed a helpful guide above to get you through the Cat Grooming hobby, so once it's done you can return to Mrs. Joan to exchange a Hobby Expansion Ticket for the Dog Grooming hobby, which unlocks dogs for adoption.
There are 3 dogs available for adoption each day, but if you are not happy with the available breeds, you can return the next day for a new selection.
