How strong would Beru be if he was a hunter?

One of the nice things with Solo department is that it creates a variety of categories that are intended to make it easy to compare the power levels for different characters. Hunters and dungeons are both on a letter system that is calculated based on latent magical power. Since hunters generally cannot become stronger when they are brought, this level tends to be quite accurate for them.

Beru, however, seems to be an exception to many of the rules for ranking in power in Solo department. He did not come from a dungeon and was a powerful monster born on earth. Hunters estimated that Jeju Island Raid corresponded to an S-Rank dungeon, but we see that they are seriously overlooked the potential of the ants. If Beru somehow became a hunter, where would he be ranked in the world's power scale?

But where would he match with other power houses?

Based on his performance at the end of Solo department Season 2 would already be among the strongest S-class hunters in the world if he was officially registered. He could easily wipe out the Japanese S-Rank Hunters, many of whom turned out to be superior to their Korean counterparts during a previous sparring session. Noteworthy Beru could also one-shot Goto Ryuji, who Jinwoo himself explained was stronger than the other S-Rank hunters he had encountered.

After resurrecting as a shadow and joined Jinwoo's army, Berru was also gifted an immortal body on top of his impressive healing abilities and renewal. Addition to its strengths has Beru an ability called gluttony. This ability enables him to use the magic and ability of everyone he eats, which is why he is one of the only non-humanoid monsters that can speak in the show.

Would Beru be a hunter at national level?

We know that Beru would be stronger than any S-Class Hunter revealed in Anime so far, but what about greater threats anymore in the story? Above the usual S-class hunters is another level of people called national level hunters. Although few in number, their individual strength is believed to be equivalent to the military power of an entire country. Most of these titans are so highly respected because they have a huge power that secretly comes from creatures called the rulers. The rulers, in an attempt to help humanity and influence the earth, granted some of their power to most of the national hunters we see in the series to help them in the fight against the monarchs.

While the national level hunters end up mostly working in the story of Jinwoo or his antagonists to beat, they are still capable of some impressive things. Thomas Andre took a direct dagger strike from Jinwoo and remained undamaged during their collision. Thomas also stood up to the base form of the monarch in Fang's straight and impressed the monarch with the amount of power he can exercise. But after the shaving began to transform, he made a complete trick of Thomas Andre, the No. 1 ranked national Hunter and was adopted most strongly in the world.

Although hunters at national level are impressive to humans, the drunk abilities surpasses theirs as the series continues. In essence, Beru is in the kingdom of the monarch power at the point, which is shown when he easily avoids and generates the pest monarch to kneel in front of Jinwoo. Since the strongest national hunter, Thomas Andre, could barely handle the rim's weakest form, this means that Beru is leagues stronger than him. If Beru still lived and did not get the benefits of being Jinwoo's shadow, it is possible that he can be a smooth match for national level hunters. But after becoming a shadow, his newfound power would place him far above the national hunter level. Beru would be the strongest hunter that the world has ever seen if it wasn't for the series' protagonist Sung Jinwoo.
