Normally, players must be hit by a Mizutsunes bubbles to get the Bubbleblight status effect. But if you wear at least four pieces of the Mizutsune Armor set, you get Bubbly Dance 2 as a bonus skill – it lets you get the effects of less bubbleblown by avoiding three times in a row.
Since the majority of Slicked Blade's bonusffinity comes from when players have a bubble throw, players can make decent use this skill when using only the four-part Mizutsune bonus. But if you want to make full use of it, you must be wet.

Mizutsune Armor Set is not horrible, but it will limit your overall construction options. On the other hand, if you see Slicked Blade as only part of a larger whole, there is value to be obtained. This skill, along with bubbling dance, is excellent for dodge-oriented buildings against waterwave monsters such as graviosis.
The licked leaf and bubbling dance combination is not useless, although it is bleached in comparison to some other armor sets and builds, especially those that can also fit skills and decorations that provide avoidance and chalk bonuses.
