Marshall D. Teach, better known as BlackBeard, is one of the four emperors of the sea. Blackbeard is among the four strongest pirates in the title A bit. He rose to the top of the rankings for a very short period, and it was due to his almost spotless planning. He always calculates his traits before he performs them.
For eternity, Blackbeard's real ambitions remained unclear, but ODA may have already lost a huge clue that confirms what he really wants.

In the former arc, two of the Titanic captains, Catarina Devon and van Augur, went to Egghead Island. They traveled to the site to perform the task assigned by BlackBeard, which was to make Catarina Devon Touch Saturn's body. Since Devon ate Inu Inu No Mi, Model: Kyubi No Kitsune, she could be transformed into any person as long as she had touched them. Before leaving, Saturn asked them what they wanted, to which van Augur replied, “The world.” At that time, it seemed as if they just wanted to increase the world government and arrest control.
But in a piece of chapter 1162, Xebec who told Whitebeard was seen fighting “the world.” Whitebeard couldn't really find out what they were doing, so of course he was curious. Of the three, only Xebec had previously encountered IMU. So he had a clue what he was doing for.
Because XEBEC called IMU “the world”, it means that BlackBeard is looking for the same thing. Blackbeard is Xebec's son, so it is not impossible for him to be driven by the same wish as his father. Graa Graa No Mi allows BlackBeard to create shivers at any time, and he can use them to destroy an island within seconds. BlackBeard can use the devil fruit to create tsunamis that he can wipe out the entire fleets.
Although gura gra no mi has crazy destructive power, Yami Yami no mi is still more dangerous. It is a devil fruit of lodge that allows BlackBeard to control darkness. The darkness has crushing gravity, so everyone caught inside has almost zero chance of escaping. What makes Yami Yami no MI so dangerous is that it can abolish the power of other devil fruits. So other devil fruit users have a completely horrible time in front of him.
The best way to beat BlackBeard is to use Haki, but it will not be that simple, as he can use it too. Blackbeard was able to deter a Seraphim's attack with its armament Haki.
