How to find Fight Club in High on Life 2
Once you've unlocked Circuit Arcadia High on Life 2travel to the southwest corner of the map. Here, there is an alley in a recessed area to the left of the cinema as you face it — go to the end of this until you see a man with a cowboy hat and a much larger beast standing next to him.

High on Life 2 Fight Club Bets: How to make sure you win
Once you've gone through that, uh… experiencego down the hall, then through the door, and you will see a platform with some TV screens above it. If you talk to the masked guy here, he'll explain to you how to record High on Life 2s fight club work.
After he finishes talking to you, screens on either side of him will show the next two sets of combatants. Both sides of each of these screens is the money you will bet on them, but know that it doesn't matter who you pick right now. What matters is make sure you keep your chosen set of fighters alive, using any means at your disposal.
You don't have to put money down right away if you don't want to. Fights will happen even if you don't, and you can still use the traps around the arena to practice before betting actual pesos.
If you decide to make a bet, a battle will start pretty much immediately. At this point you should circle the arena and look out for more computer screens that light up with images of either spikes or tesla coils. If the screen shows one of these, you can interact with it to release the trap.
Before doing this though, make sure your team isn't on top of the spike holes or near the tesla coils before activating them. In other words, don't rush to activate traps at some random point: take the time to identify your team so you can activate traps on purpose. Well-timed trap activations pretty much guarantee a win, so don't waste them.
Only a limited number of fights happen in each window: when the club runs out of fighters, you must leave and complete another main quest, such as billionaire Larry Pinktock's murder mystery, before you have the opportunity to try again. Since opportunities to earn money are relatively few in the game – apart from killing bounties and finding cash filled Lugloxes – try to participate High on Life 2's fight club as much as possible if you want to max out the gear upgrades and collectible skateboard you can get.
