GameRoll is about “95% certain” that the part belongs to Moynihan, who spent nearly a decade on Saturday Night Live. There are several reasons for this theory, including that Moynihan's voice sounds exactly like the character's and that he bears a physical resemblance to him. Moynihan also has plenty of motion capture experience, following other actors, such as Dylan Rourke, who are already attached to the game. Moynihan has been very active lately, working on major projects such as Disney films and adult animated shows such as Star Trek: Lower Decks.

While the cast is a big mystery, even more information has been leaked about how the game will actually play. A huge list of potential features from GTA 6 was shared online, suggesting the new title will borrow several popular ideas from Red Dead Redemption 2.
