Genshin Impact has revealed the characters for version 5.2, as Chasca and Lyney join Neuvillette and Zhongli on the event banner alongside an interesting lineup of 4-stars. Genshin Impact continues to grow its cast, with Chasca and Ororon joining the fray in version 5.2 – each representing a new take on the Bow game. While there has been much excitement surrounding the playable debut of both characters, Ororon's gentle nature won the adoration of Genshin Impact community.

Ororon is not only the first tall male Electro character, but also the first male off-fielder in quite some time. His ability kit is best compared to Fischl, as Ororon's Elemental Burst summons a totem that deals continuous electro damage (while taunting nearby enemies). On the other hand, Chasca in Genshin Impact is the first true Rainbow character, able to deal multiple types of elemental damage directly from her ability kit.

A recent chart reveals which Genshin Impact characters were among the most popular in Spiral Abyss during the second half of version 5.1.

As revealed by the official Genshin Impact account on Twitter, both new characters will appear in the first half of Event Banners, along with Lyney, Sucrose and Barbara. But thanks to data mining and the process of elimination, the rest of the 4 stars can be safely guessed. The second half of version 5.2 will be headlined by Neuvillette and Zhongli, joined by Shikanoin Heizou, Yao Yao and Fischl. This effectively exposes the full event banner for version 5.2 of the Genshin Impact well in advance, allowing players to plan their spending wisely.

While Lyney and Chasca do a powerful weapon banner in Genshin Impactveteran players may not be exactly thrilled to find Barbara on Event Banners. Not only is Mondstadt's idol available through the Masterless Starglitter store, but she's been a regular on Event Banners since launch. On the other hand, Shikanoin Heizou should be welcomed by almost everyone, as the 4-star from Inazuma hasn't appeared since version 3.7.
