Epic Games has revealed that Chapter 7 will feature a major crossover between Fortnite and Kill Bill. While Fortnite has certainly coordinated extensive collaborations in the past, the Kill Bill the crossover seems like it's going to be a pretty unique experience. Except to drop Kill Bill skins, Epic Games has teamed up with Quentin Tarantino to bring an unfilmed portion of the film's original script to life as a short film within Fortnite. Although Epic Games has never done anything like this before, it is The Simpsons the mini-season featured animated shorts there Fortnite's Hope and Jonesy regularly interacted with characters from the popular television series. Arcane returns to Fortnite on November 29th

In a recent post on Twitter, Riot Games confirmed it Fortnitepp Secret skins will return to the popular Battle Royale's Item Shop on November 29th. Currently, the skins have not been seen in the Item Shop for 1,393 days, making them quite rare items within the community. Leakers recently revealed that the song “Enemy” by Imagine Dragons will be included Fortnitesparked rumors that Epic Games could tease the return of the fan favorite Secret cosmetics, as the song features heavily in the popular Netflix series. Some gamers ignored the potential teaser, but it seems these sharp-eyed leakers were correct in their belief that the sudden appearance of the song wasn't just a fluke.

While it doesn't seem like the collaboration between Fortnite and Secret will feature all new cosmetics, the official LEGO Fortnite Twitter account has revealed that both Jinx and Vi will be getting LEGO styles. Previously, players were able to purchase Jinx and Vi's skins individually for 1,500 V-Bucks, though they also have individual bundles priced at 1,800 V-Bucks that include a back bling, harvester, and other accessories. Players looking to pick up cosmetics should act quickly, as there's no telling when the skins will return once they leave the item shop again.

It is not uncommon for cosmetics to disappear from Fortnite's Item Shop for an extended period of time. For example, it has been over 1,000 days since players were able to purchase Pac-Man crossover back bling. Similar, God of wars Kratos skin has not been available in Fortnite since 2021, despite many players asking Epic Games to make the cosmetics available in the Item Shop again. It appears that collaborative cosmetics may come with some unique rules, as Marc Merrill has hinted at in the past. When the co-founder of Riot Games first became aware of Fortnite players asking to see Vi and Jinx return to Battle Royale, he reached out to Epic Games to see about bringing the skins back. Soon after, he shared a disappointing update, claiming that the two companies were unable to come to an agreement at the time. Obviously, things seem to have changed, but it has left some fans wondering exactly what goes into organizing crossovers, especially when it comes to bringing back existing skins.

However, extended absence is not limited to collaboration cosmetics Fortnites original Reflex skin has not returned to the Item Shop since 2019. Epic Games rarely provides any insight into how Fortnites Item Shop features or why some cosmetics disappear while others seem to come back regularly. However, that shouldn't stop players from enjoying moments where the developers listen to the community and respond by bringing back highly requested items. With so much content to explore and a brand new chapter just around the corner, many fans are feeling optimistic about the future Fortnite.
