Family

One piece: 6 Sword men stronger than Egghead Zoro

Zoro on Egghead is powerful. But he really is not the best in one piece.

As the series continues, the introduction of different types of swords and their styles is also added to the story. Many of these styles are often the specialties for individual users, but a respectable number of them can also be learned by others. These are the different sword styles in A bit.

A sword style

A sword, usually with a dominant hand

  • Famous users: Roronoa Zoro, Shimotsuki Kuina, Hyougoro and others

As a common style of swords, the only distinction is usually the use of a singular sword. The person who usually identifies his specific use of the style is Zoro himself, which tends to prefer other different styles, which usually integrate more swords. His own techniques in this style usually involve Wado Ichimonji and usually uses its dominant left hand. That said, it is worth noting that for both Zoro and other users, some individual sword techniques may require the use of both hands.

Kuina, Zoro's friend and removing cousin, seemed to prefer this style. She served as an unbeatable rival to Zoro, despite his insistence in using two swords. Her own signature sword was Wado Ichimonji, and its use in Zoro's own one sword technician could be seen as a kind of tribute to his fallen friend. Another user that has specifically identified its only sword style is Hyougoro of the flower, an ex-Yakuza working outside the Wano country. Appropriately, his style is also called the flower's only sword style. It has only one technology that is shown to the audience, Dohatsu Kohai. This technology uses speed and leaves a trace of flames behind the user.

Two sword style

Double practice technology

  • Famous users: Roronoa Zoro, Kozuki Oden, Kin'emon, Inuarashi, Nekomamushi, Denjiro, Ashura Doji and others

Alongside a sword style, this is one of the most common techniques in the series. Dual practice is a common practice and is in fact the style of swordsmanship Zoro preferred before inventing his own. It is considered by some to be reminiscent of double performing styles from Japan, such as the icing ichi-rhi-ri, which is attributed to Miyamoto Musashi during the EDO period.

A variety of this style that is specifically identified is Oden Two Sword style. This style tends to place a special emphasis on both the user's physical strength and Haki. Kozuki Oden used it with his two signature hosts, Enma and Ame No Habakiri. Even after Odin has gone by Kaido's hand, it is a popular sword style, especially among his former vasals, the nine red scabbarders, of which five also use Oden's hold of the double performing style.

7

Three sword style

A sword in the mouth

  • Famous users: Roronoa Zoro, Jigoro (past)

This special style of sword games is attributed to Roronoa Zoro himself and used Kuina's sword, Wado Ichimonji, in addition to the two he previously used. It implements the techniques for double exercise, Zoro's original sword style, while using a third sword, located in the jaw. It requires a rigorous amount of strength to master, and before Zoro had three meito to use, his weaker weapon broke during the use of the techniques.

Zoro later made a variety of this style known as King of Hell Three Sword style. This more powerful technology uses Enma's deadly Haki-unleashing capacity in combination with Zoro's other swords, conquerors Haki and potentially even parts of the Foxfire style. Zoro used this style to put on King of the Beasts Pirates and managed to defeat the Lunarian despite his huge resilience and power. Because it comes from Enma's fatal release of armament Haki, Zoro cannot use this technology for too long, otherwise he will die.

Since Zoro is the author of the three sword style, all subsequent users can be attributed to his influence. Jigoro, a zombie that had Zoro's shadow in Thrillerbark, was a user of the style. More recently, with Zoro's own fanfare as a member of Straw Hat Pirates, a number of children who imitate him have appeared at Isshin Dojo, the school where a young Zoro trained. A long-lasting joke among the fans is the jaw pain that Zoro must have from carrying a sword in his mouth, something that ODA confirmed in an SBS segment, he suffers from.

6

Four sword style

Two leaves + two legs

Another rather unique style, four sword style, was apparently developed by Kaku from Cipher Pol, which currently seems to be its only user. After raising to be a deadly murderer since childhood, Kaku is acquainted with the techniques for rushiki, which is partly implemented in this style. Specifically, Kaku uses Rankyaku, a technique that he is particularly skilled at, where you kick the wind so quickly that “leaves” should be displayed from thin air.

Kaku combines this technology with the usual double performance and effectively gives itself four swords. After consuming USHI Ushi No MI gets a model: Giraffe, Kaku extra flexibility, which enables even more different techniques, including his head as a blunt power weapon. Oda illustrated Zoro in a “good timeline”, and taught both this technique and an invisible “five sword style” around the time he turns 40 and 60 respectively, but still its correlation is to Kaku's own style, if any, unclear.

5

Six sword style

Hatchans technology

Six sword style is the specific style of hatchan, which is uniquely suitable for it because of his octopus physiology. Hatchan has a total of six arms, so this technology is essentially his version of double practice.

Since it is a partial extension of his own fishman techniques, some swords, such as blasting an ink beam against his opponents, are also part of this repertoire. Although he had only half of the number of swords, Zoro finally defeated the hatchan when they first duel.

4

Eight sword style

Hyouzous technology

  • Famous users: Hyouzou, Onigumo (?)

Hyouzou is a toxic blue-ring octopus merman which has a total of eight arms. He was once said to be the strongest sword man on Fish-Man Island. Arlong wanted to add him to his crew, but in the end Hyouzou rejected his salary and claimed it was for this reason that Arlong recruited Hatchan.

Like Hatchan, Hyouzou's own techniques as an octopus humanoid factor in his attacks, especially the secretion of Venom. Zoro defeated Hyouzou with Little Fanfare, even though he was dosed on Energy Steroids. This again proves that several swords are not necessarily better, especially if their users are a drunk and stimulants at the same time. Onigumo, a marine vice Admiral who ate a named Spider Devil Fruit, is seen with eight swords, but his style himself and what he can denote it is not explicitly identified.

3

Fox style

Fire digging sword

  • Famous users (R): Kin'emon, Roronoa Zoro

Unlike many specialized sword styles, Foxfire style has no basis in the number of swords as its user practices. It is a style that allows the user to attack with fire and abolish fire attacks. It is mainly used by “Foxfire” Kin'emon by the nine red scabbarders.

Kin'emon is skilled enough with this ability to cut through Kaido and his attacks. He also used his Foxfire style to cauterize Kikunojo's deterred arm wounds and certainly prevented it from bleeding. Roronoa Zoro seems to have taken up at least a few parts of the style and used it to successfully record Big Mom's Sun Homie, Prometheus, in half.

2

Nine sword style

Three of three sword style

  • Famous users (s): roronoa zoro

Nine Sword Style is a driven version of Zoro's three sword style. Zoro creates two illusory duplicates in his head and four of his arms, which means that he can effectively have nine swords. This makes Zoro resemble a mythical Asura, which has been depicted like having several heads and arms.

It seems to be a movement of extreme desperation, since Zoro himself rarely uses it. Zoro used in particular the ability to defeat Kaku (proves that sometimes in the right hands, more swords may be better) and physical scars kaido.

1

No sword style

Sword filling technology without the sword

  • Famous users (s): roronoa zoro

Zoro's own adoption of different styles is rooted in the different circumstances that require them. When he was forced to get involved in a Davy Back fight with Foxy Pirates, Zoros Katanas was banned from the Groggy Ringen. As a result, the battles demanded him to come up with no sword style.

Zoro's only attack in Canon from this ability is Tatsu Maki, where Zoros spin causes a whirlwind and can create shock waves. Since it is essentially a watered down version of the same type of techniques that Zoro uses with his swords, he has little reason to use it unless he differs from them.
