Dragon Ball: 7 Strongest Human Techniques

Human characters in Dragon Ball have seen their roles change throughout the course of the series. Initially serving as Goku's allies, rivals, and mentors, humans have taken a backseat to Saiyans, Namekians, and other types of stronger characters. But that doesn't make the main cast of human characters any less impressive.

In a world where Mr. Satan is seen as the pinnacle of martial arts ability by the general public, Dragon Ball's The main role of people is a rarity. They are strong enough to fly, break things most people couldn't, and fire energy beams. They may not be able to keep up with the series' insane powerscaling, but that doesn't make them any less impressive.

Dragon Ball: Goku's 8 Strongest Kamehameha's, Ranked

Goku has used many different Kamehamehas over the years, but these are the strongest.

Yamcha – Super Spirit Ball

Super_Spirit_Ball

Yamcha may be a meme at this point, but he's still one of the strongest people in the series. Although he has been irrelevant for years, there was a time when Yamcha could at least contribute.

Of all his techniques, his strongest is his Spirit Ball. Wolf Fang Fist may be the most memorable, but Spirit Ball is a genuinely impressive original technique from Yamcha that allows him to create an energy sphere and control it with his index and middle fingers. Unfortunately, he hasn't had the chance to use it too much, but it's still a solid move.

Chiaotzu – Super Dodon Blast

Super Dodon Blast

Chiaotzu hasn't really done much in the series aside from being Tien's sidekick. He occasionally contributes, such as fighting Krillin during the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament, or nobly sacrificing himself (but sadly in vain) to try and take out Nappa when he and Vegeta invaded, but his impact is minimal. Still, compared to most people, Chiaotzu is a cut above.

Although Chiaotzu stands out most for his telekinetic abilities, he also makes heavy use of the Crane School's signature Dodon Ray technique. Super Dodon Blast is a much stronger version of the original that Chiaotzu uses against Krillin on behalf of his former master.

Master Roshi – The Greatest Kamehameha

The Greatest Kamehameha

Roshi's meanness can make you forget how powerful he really is. He is a martial arts master who took Goku, Krillin, Yamcha and others under his wing and taught them much of what they know, while also being one of the legendary Master Mutaito's most famous students.

Kamehameha is Roshi's signature move, but Goku has made it his own and has greatly improved upon the original with all sorts of incredible variations. Roshi had long since been relegated to a bystander before the Tournament of Power allowed him to contribute again. During the tournament, Roshi unleashed his Greatest Kamehameha, a much stronger version of the MAX Power Kamehameha Roshi used in the original series.

Ten – Neo Tri-Beam

    Neo Tri-Beam technology

Tien seemed poised to have a major role in the story after his turn from Shen's pupil and lap dog to Goku's ally. While he took a back seat to characters like Piccolo and Vegeta, he is still recognized as one of, if not the strongest pure humans in the series.

An enhanced version of Tien's Tri-Beam, the Neo Tri-Beam almost helped hold off Semi-Perfect Cell while he tried to absorb Android 18. Tien almost died, using all of his energy to continuously blast the bio-android, and while it wasn't enough to destroy Cell, it did enough to keep him at bay.

Krillin – Destructo Disc Triple Blade

Destructo Disc Triple Blade

Krillin is another character that fans claim is the strongest pure human. Although many overlook him due to his size and sometimes goofy personality, Krillin is truly one of the stronger Earthmen around. And while he's good with Kamehameha, his Destructo Disc has a lot more potential.

A stronger variant of the technique, the Destructo Disc Triple Blade is essentially a barrage of discs that Krillin can use to overwhelm his enemies. The standard Destructo disc has a notoriously low success rate, but it's good at forcing enemies to dodge and throw them off. This variant is even better at that, giving Krillin both a better chance to do real damage and forcing his enemies to move out of the way.

Android 18 – Power Blitz

PowerBlitz1

Although part machine thanks to Dr. Gero is Android 17 and 18 still mostly human. They have just been enhanced, making them stronger than pure humans in the series. Android 18 is an incredibly skilled fighter, and while she can be easily underestimated, she can quickly turn things around in a fight.

Both 17 and 18 make use of the Power Blitz technique throughout the series, but it is a move more often used by the latter. It's essentially their strongest energy wave attack, and both have different variations that they mix in as well.

Android 17 – Grand Explode

Grandexplode

Android 17 was definitely the MVP of the Tournament of Power. 17 may not have been seen as Team Universe 7's strongest asset, but his resilience and awareness paid off.

Grand Explode is a devastating combo that 17 uses against Jiren in the tournament. He rushes him first, tackling the Pride Trooper with all his strength, then encases them both in his android barrier and charges up a massive ki blast, damaging both himself and Jiren in the process. The move was enough to shake Jiren, showing that even though he is no longer considered a top fighter, 17 still has what it takes to hang with the best of the best.
