• Marksmanship: Determines the career's accuracy.
• Attacking: determines the soldier's target speed.
• Field skills: Determines how quickly the soldier handles equipment such as explosives, hooks or locking pics.

Once you have received some combat awards, you can further add some benefits to the character to increase their efficiency in the assignments. Since only the operators you use for assignments are given state upgrades, it is best to continue playing with four to eight characters instead of trying to upgrade all 20 in your squad.

The operations are also promoted when you earn levels by clearing assignments with them.

Each operation in a specific class has a standard set of charging. For example, in the Rangers squad there are four classes: attack, support, marker and grenadier. The Assault class begins with a standard M16A4 rifle that offers a good balance between long-distance and near quarter battle.
