Raising Spears Quest Guide in Diablo 4
As of July 8, 2025, an error caused the named spears in The Raising Spears -the effort not to show up for some players. Restoring dungeons, changing difficulties and restarting the game does not seem to make things better. Players who experience this are recommended to wait for a hotfix.
Raising Spears becomes available immediately after consumed by pride. Talk to boss Ealda after she threw one of the trading tribes in the abyss and then proceed to The Master's Departure Prison Near Jirandai. There you will be two to pick up eight blood -masked spears for her and her tribe.
You can find the blood -masked spears in four different places:
- Three are in the area with stone pied tests.
- The rest are scattered over each of the areas containing stone carvings.
It is worth noting that the master's passing is one of the best places to grow xp in Diablo 4Even after the changes it received during the game's seasons. While you are here, you may consider eradicating all monsters in the dungeon for a fast XP.
While collecting Spears, you may want to pick up the stone carvings and put them back in place. If all you want is to gather the spears for the sake of the assignment, you don't have to. But since you will already clear the master's passing while doing this assignment, you may as well beat the Khazra storage in the boss room.
To complete raising of spears will reward you with a splash of XP and an article cache. None of these rewards are so important to the progress of your character, but if you plan to chase some of Diablo 4's Performance/trophies, then you have to beat this assignment (and its successor).
The follow -up of this assignment is rage against fate, which can be started back in Crane Tribe's Village. It is much easier than raising spears and consumed by pride, and it is also the last part of the crane trunk's line of mission.
