Why not a prequel series?

Demonsklayer Fans are happy to watch the upcoming movie, the first of Infinity Castle Arc trilogy. Demon Slayer -Kimetsu No Yaiba movie: Infinity Castle Will probably be a cash office, perhaps bigger than any previous film in the franchise. When Anime reaches the end of the story, many fans would like to come more. While the manganese -end was not controversial, as opposed to many Shonen Jump manga as recently completed, as Jujutsu KaisenAlthough some thought the last step was a bit disappointing. Some of the fans would like the series universe to be expanded, preferably by creator Koyoharu Gotoge. But is one Demonsklayer sequel to and including possible?
Well, everything is possible in fiction. So, a better question to ask would be: Is it desirable to create a sequel to this story? Is that what fans want? And then the best answer is that While some may want one Demonsklayer sequel, it may be a bit complicated to come with one. However, there are better alternatives than a sequel to expand the universe, and these options would probably delight the fans who hope that new content will be announced.

How Demon Slayer handles character development
With overly optimistic characters and comic elements, it is difficult to see development sometimes. So, how does Demon Slayer handle character development?
The problem with a Demon Slayer Sequel series
After Muzan has been defeated, the demons are gone for good (or at least, that was the original plan). So what would the sequel be about? Showing what each of the surviving Demon Corps does can be an obvious alternative, but it seems more like short extra stories than a proper sequel.
However, it is not impossible to create a new story with similar premises. In the not so distant future, there may be a demon left that would try to avenge Muzan or even a demon that is not related to him with similar goals and born from a similar experiment elsewhere-but it may sound too repetitive. In the distant future, someone could have heard the story and tried to recreate demons with advanced technology.
Tanjiro is briefly transformed into Demon King for a while in the last step of the series, so another opportunity – which can make some fans crazy – turns him into a new villain (this one can also be a “what” story). The roles can be inverted, and now Nezuko is trying to save him.
So even though it may not be difficult to find an excuse to bring back demons, fans would probably see it as trying to “milk” the series too hard. Also in view of both the end and Kimetsu gakuen Series, it seems that Gotoge would rather make a sequel to the school theme where demons no longer exist-and those who like the action and fight in original history would probably not take it very well.
Why not a prequel series?
While the future for Demonsklayer may be too light to include deadly demons again, The past looks like the perfect place to create some good action. Many beloved Hashira dies during the series, and some of them come from “Hashira families” – it would be nice to see these characters or their ancestors in action before the main series.
When looking at the past, there is a lot of room to create new stories. Of course, since Muzan would not be defeated at the end of Prequel, he could not be the most important antagonist, although he could be mentioned or even presented in it. For example, it would be cool to see Hashira go into a crisis that divides them – it can even include a hashira attracted by Muzan and become a demon, turn into the main antagonist of history.
Anyway, this is just a suggestion, as there are many options for a prequel (or many prequels!) To history – they would not have to focus on characters we have seen or those related to them that the author could choose a Historical environment for a prequel (Kamakura -era, Muromachi -era, Sengoku Jidai -period or edo -era) and go for it.
Demonsklayer Is available to stream on crunchyroll, subbed and doubled in many languages. It is also available on Netflix in some countries.
