Deliverance Leaks More evidence that the PS5 version is coming soon

According to yet another leak, a Kingdom Come: Deliverance PS5 the port may arrive as early as this week. This latest leak is just one in a very long line of rumors surrounding a PS5 version of the Kingdom Come: Deliverance which has circulated about the series since July 2025.

Developed by Prague-based Warhorse Studios, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is an action RPG set in 15th century Bohemia. When Kingdom Come: Deliverance First arriving on PS4, Xbox One, and PC in February 2018, it was met with somewhat mixed reviews, earning it a 72 Top Critic Average on OpenCritic. Kingdom Come: Deliverance has since gained a sizable cult following, and the series gained a lot of traction last year after the release of a full-fledged sequel in February 2025, which fared much better with critics across the board.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 can be a bit daunting, so here are some alternative options to explore, perhaps as an appetizer.

Rumor: A PS5 Kingdom Come: Deliverance Port May Release Before February 13th

If recent rumors are to be believed, fans and newcomers alike will get a chance to play the first one Kingdom Come: Deliverance on PS5 very soon. According to PlayStation Game Size's latest X post, the confirmation is that Kingdom Come: Deliverance is heading to Xbox Game Pass on February 13 means that “we'll probably get the PS5 and Xbox Series versions before that date.” This would suggest that a PS5 version of the Kingdom Come: Deliverance could be released anytime in the next week and a half.

At first glance, this seems like a pretty tall statement from PlayStation Game Size, with minimal evidence to support the claim. However, the same account has talked about a PS5 version of the Kingdom Come: Deliverance since July 2025, when it simply posted an image of the action-RPG's key art with the text “Kingdom Come: Deliverance…PS5 version” followed by ticks and side-eye emojis. Since then, several other leaks have also claimed the existence of one KCD PS5 port.

In September 2025, a Reddit user named bertik11 posted to ir/LeaksAndRumors, stating that according to their unnamed source, Kingdom Come: Deliverance would receive a next-generation upgrade in early 2026, sometime between January and April. In December 2025, bertik11 returned to the same subreddit to double down on their claim, sharing that the next-gen port is “probably coming in February”, but warned fans not to “expect too much” because, according to their source, this new version is indeed a port and not a remaster, and it won't contain anything “completely new.”

Another leak regarding Kingdom Come: Deliverance The PlayStation 5 version appeared just a few days ago, at the end of January 2026. This leak came from the PlayStation Store itself. Both the Italian and English PS Stores briefly showed off a next-gen port of KCDlists key improvements such as support for 4K resolution, an increased frame rate, and high-resolution textures. So while PlayStation Game Size's latest X entry might seem a little ambitious, there's a wealth of evidence pointing to the existence of a PS5 version of Kingdom Come: Deliverance. The frequency of leaks over the past few weeks could also indicate that a release is just around the corner, just as PlayStation Game Size has theorized.

Releasing a next generation iteration of Kingdom Come: Deliverance over the next two weeks would also tie in nicely with two major milestones for the franchise. On February 13, it will be eight years since the first Kingdom Come: Deliverancewhile February 4 will mark the one-year anniversary of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2s launch. If Warhorse Studios wanted to celebrate these two milestones in style, a re-release of the first entry in the series with nicer graphics and a smoother frame rate would certainly be fitting.
