Just as with each individual Sid Meier's civilization title before it, Sid Meier's Civilization 7 has introduced a variety of exciting changes to the formula. Civilizations and leaders have been separated, the game has been divided into three distinct ages, and much of the game has been reviewing to suit this new title. But even though all this provides a strong strategic experience, the best Sid Meier's Civilization 7 Additions can actually come with its brand new commander.
Because Civilization'S Focus lies on making a brand in history, warfare has always played an important role throughout the series. Players must constantly gather dozens of units to strike back against the intrusion countries, shoot into the enemy territory and cut different dangers. With Civilization 7This is still a lot, but this time, Fiaxis has added a new twist in the form of commanders. Now the entire war system has been built around these units, which creates a very fun new grip on the system.

Civilization 7's UI -Mods may need to make some heavy lifting
Civilization 7's user interface has been the subject of a lot of criticism, and it may be down to Modding community to fix things, at least at the moment.
Civilization 7's commander give war a whole new feeling
Commander helps focus player's efforts
Previous Civilization Games, the players' armies were never really centralized. They would create a variety of devices that they would then need to move individually to the battlefield. IN Civilization 6They could stack up to three of the same unit together to make a kind of army. But outside that, they would often spend their time trying to maneuver countless units in place before they started their war. With introduction of Civilization 7Commander, that is no longer the case.
When it was first produced, Civilization 7Commanders can hold up to four different units. With upgrades, they can keep up to six. It does not matter what type of unit they are, they can all be housed in this individual unit. Then players can move the said commander to where they need the soldiers, board them all, and the war will begin. When the battle is over, the survivors can reassemble and be brought to a completely different area. Not only does this make much faster turn times, but it also means that players will be able to focus their efforts on bulging up these armies. And when this commander continues to win battles, they will only be stronger.
Commander serves different purposes
Each commander has an influence area that units can stand for special bonuses. Players can order these devices to focus on certain enemies or build fortifications. When the units take out enemies, the master will gain experience. When they earn a certain experience, they will level up, and players will be able to throw a talent point in all kinds of powerful new abilities. From increasing their unit cap and allowing devices extra movements, to expand the influence area and give devices inside the even more powerful attacks, the commander is a core part of Civ 7S battle.
This upgrade system is a huge change from Civilization 6 Because that game gave each unit its own individual upgrade trees. Giving it to these commanders instead makes a more centralized system that benefits each unit rather than just a few. Because of this, players will also want to do their best to protect these commanders, as they may be the most important device in the field. If they are not cautious, they may lose all these powerful bonuses. But if they succeed, then nothing says what they can achieve during their conquest.
The addition of these commanders really helps to review Civilization 7war mechanics and can even make it more engaging for some. Firexis has also not limited it only to land units, as there are also naval and air commanders that can be unlocked later. When using the said commander is not mandatory, it may be all that stands between players and victory. In addition, the faster turn times make their addition to a simple profit for the franchise.
