Of course, having a dream is one thing, but actually being able to achieve it is often far from simple, which has been shown through many key people who have seen throughout the story.

Eijiro Kirishima

Although Kirishima is only given a short amount of screenage in history's early arches, it is during the raid on the review base where he really gets to show what he is really made of. As a future hero who suffered from a lack of trust and confidence in his abilities, Kirishima would look up to the brave hero known as Crimson Riot, who is known for his steady and chivalrous persona who made him a hero the people could trust.
Kirishima made it clear that he always wanted to be just like his inspiration, and it is fair to say that he shows the same qualities as Crimson Riot during his fight against Rappa and Tengai. Kirishima shoots her hardening badger as far as it can go, and became an absolute power plant that stood up against the villains even though he knew he was seriously over -matched, which proved himself both a brave and chivalrous hero during the process.

Although he was one of the strongest heroes in the entire series, there was a man who could never surpass when it comes to strength, and that was all. Although and Aaco experiences a lot of difficulties during her adventure, especially when she was forced to kill Toga, in the end, she can finally graduate from UA and become a full -fledged hero in the process. Although it is not explicitly mentioned, it is easy to assume that and Aaco was now in a position where she could support her family thanks to her newfound position as a hero who has established a fairly reputation thanks to her selfless acts during the war.

In line with his carefree and optimistic persona, Hawks announces to the audience that his dream is to create a world where heroes may have some time to kill. When Hawks debut in the story, Japan is in a crisis state, especially with everyone may no longer be around to take care of the swarms of villains and Nomus who seem to appear around every corner. This does not even mention the threatening threat of everyone for one, who ensured the heroes never had any time to take a quick breath.
But during the last war, Hawks put a brave fight against everyone for one, even having his own quirk stolen during the process. But his victims would not be in vain because, when everything for one and Shigaraki were finally defeated, the crime rate in the country significantly reduced, which gave the heroes, including hawks, a little in demand time to relax and take a load.

Unlike many Shonen heads, Deku is not born with any kind of special force or an inner animal that gives him an advantage over his opponent. As someone who starts the story without a seizure, Deku's dream seems to be a hero more or less impossible, but all this changes after a chance meeting with Japan's main hero, everything. When you noticed the young boy's infinite passion and determination, everything can decide that it is time to finally forward their powers, give Deku one for all and started their journey to become a hero.
Of course, this would only be the first step, as Deku would also have to cope with a bunch of written and physical exams along with proving themselves in the battle area to even be considered worthy of being a hero in the first place. After managing the power of one for all and protecting the country from Shigaraki, not only Deku would be recognized as a hero, but he would be seen by many as one of the best Japan ever seen.
