Call of Duty Season 1 ends with Fallout

Treyarch has announced that Season 1 is being rebooted Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and War zone officially goes over with Fall-out TV program. The new one Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and War zone collaboration will come sometime during the broadcast of Fall-out Season 2. However, there is reason to believe that some Call of Duty fans will not be satisfied with this latest crossover.

For several years there has been a feeling in society that comes in Call of Duty had gone too far. It seemed like Activision was ready to address this Call of Duty: Black Ops 7when it made the decision to discontinue Carry Forward cosmetics BO6 and recommit to the idea that “bundles and objects will be made to fit Black Ops identity.” It also stated that “Black Ops 7 need to feel authentic to Call of Duty and its setting.” That hasn't stopped crossovers from getting into the new game pretty quickly, though. And at the same time Fall-out is not quite as detached from Call of Duty aesthetically as something as frivolous as Black Ops 6is controversial Beavis & Butt-Head crossover, it may still be a disappointment to those who had hoped to see BO7 be a complete return to the classic grounded COD experience.

Call of Duty is getting another Fallout Crossover

The official one Call of Duty account on X revealed that as part of Season 1 Reloaded in Black Ops 7 and War zonea crossover with Fall-out TV shows are on the way. While the brief reveal didn't confirm exactly what the collaboration will include, it did feature the silhouettes of Lucy MacLean, The Ghoul, and Maximum, hinting that all three will soon be playable Operators in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and War zone. All three also appear to have weapons, leaving the possibility on the table that there may be as well Fall-out-themed weapon skins on the way Call of Duty soon enough.

As it stands, Treyarch has yet to reveal exactly when Season 1 Reloaded will launch. A look at the game's timer countdown for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 The Season 1 Battle Pass indicates that it is scheduled to end on February 5th, after which Season 2 will likely begin. This means Season 1 Reloaded will likely arrive in early January, putting it right between Season 1's December 4th start date. This collaboration is not the first time Call of Duty and Fall-out has passed. For once the annual Call of Duty the launch wasn't even close to being the best-selling game of the year, with Black Ops 7 very struggling compared to its predecessors. The strong competition from Battlefield 6 really didn't help, and it's a sign of the times Call of Duty seemingly suffering from franchise fatigue after years of sales dominance. There are already rumors about how the next few years of the franchise will play out, but nothing concrete at this point.
