Blitz Royale is Fortnite's latest position, and it may be the best

Although it was originally intended to be, Fortnite's primary move is its Battle Royale mode, which releases you and about 100 other players in a large, dynamic changing map to clear for resources, fight against each other and be the last standing.

Since then, the game has introduced many situations such as Lego Fortnite, Fortnite Festival and countless community-created games. Still, Battle Royale has always remained the core experience. But now, for the first time, that crown can be challenged by Blitz Royale – a new position that was introduced in June, which is intended to be temporary, has been skyrocketed in the player bill far above Battle Royale and Zero Build. Why is that the case?

Blitz royale rapid pace is a refreshing change

While originally focused more on the mobile player demographic, Blitz Royale is a 32-player mode aimed at being over as little as five minutes, without not matching over 15. Each player starts with a medallion at the beginning of the game, giving a random gaming bonus to everyone who releases, whether it is sprint or unliking.

This situation also sees updates every week, but depending on waiting weeks or even months for seasonal changes to take place. Starting with writing, the situation is to use the returning avatar: the last Airbender mechanics, while each following week will be something completely different. Battle Royale Seasons, of course, continue, but if you are tired of being wiped out by lycanthrope-like animals or crypto crashing in your squad in these situations, there is now an escape to have some faster round fun.

Less drawn out, more aggressive play

What is especially fun about Blitz Royale is that it still feels like Fortnite, with the Core Battle Royale experience there, but there is also less excitement. There are fewer extended minutes of looting and waiting. Instead, it requires more aggressive play, as you have to continue moving from the much tighter storm and shoot everyone at every chance you get.

Even then, if you handle it, the last circle can only be a few meters in diameter, which means it has the potential to become a punctual shooting game until there is a victory. And whatever it ends up, you can be back to another game within the moment, which can be over in just a few moments more.

If you are a fan of classic, aggressive, fast matches of competitive multiplayer, but also love the Battle Royale experience that Fortnite offers, Blitz Royale is a gaming exchange. Whether you feel more up to that speed or just don't have time for a longer match, you can easily pick up and play in no time, jump in and out of a game before you know it.

I am not surprised if this becomes a permanent addition to the game, as I am sure many people will ask for it to return if it should be removed.
